She finally met up with Joy!

Willow hurriedly walked through the village, trying her best to forget the last ten minutes of pure embarrassment. She still couldn’t believe she did that without breaking down in the middle of the street, in front of all her friends and acquaintances.

Thankfully for her, only the villagers on the east side saw her in her undressed state. As she got closer to the center of town, Willow was set more at ease knowing most of them didn’t see her.

It still, despite one last sore memory of her childhood home, she felt a sense of despair knowing she’ll be leaving for who knew how long. She wished she could’ve prepared herself for this, say goodbye to more people. Maybe she thought this day wouldn’t come so fast, and she could push back the inevitable.

But before she knew it, she was walking into the central plaza of the village, where a giant statue made of stone stood, surrounded by fountain water. The statue was of a man with a sword and shield, wielding said sword high above his head, aiming it towards the heavens. Something about the statue always grabbed Willow’s attention every time she looked at it, like she recognized him somehow.

Across from the statue were four pathways going north, east, south, and west, which lead to all of the different sections of town. The plaza was always the busiest place in the village, as it was right across from the trading center and community hall. The center plaza was a place where everyone could talk before going back to their homes or work.

In the crowd, Willow spotted the woman she’s been after for. Joy was casually leaning up against the fountain, looking ahead absentmindedly with her arms crossed. She was a tall, tan skinned Elf woman, being nearly 6 feet tall. Her ears were pointed to a tip like a blade, but her skin looked soft to the touch. She had long, dark brown hair, braided down the middle in a way akin to royalty. She wore an ornate archer’s uniform with golden bracers and a white cloak, which made her pretty easy to spot.

Willow walked up to Joy, with Joy ears perking up when she saw her approaching through the chaos of the crowd.

“Willow! Glad to see you!” Joy said as Willow got closer.

“I’m sorry I’m late, I was pretty busy with…” Willow tried to explain, her face beginning to blush as she recalled her embarrassing walk only moments ago.

“Don’t worry, I heard. Did no one tell you to not drink strange looking potions?” Joy replied with a smirk.

“W-Wait, you knew about…” Willow said in a panic.

“Yep, I overheard people saying you disappeared and came back in nothing but a green rug! Kinda disappointed I didn’t get to see it for myself…” Joy replied, looking down at Joy with a devious smile.

“What the hell! These villagers and their loud mouths!” She thought to herself. Willow’s cheeks began to burn, but that wasn’t the only part of her body burning. The idea of Joy wanting to see her nude made her core strangely light up was odd, something she’s never felt before. Her heart beats irregularly as she imagines herself nude in front of Joy.

“But, Never mind that. You ready to head out?” Joy asked.

“Yes…” Willow replied hesitantly, subtly looking back behind her shoulder. She knew this was her last chance to lay her eyes on her home, and all of the people she’s known. But at this point, these was no turning back now, her and Joy had many things planned ahead for them.

“Great! You don’t know just how excited I am to do this with you! But first, we need to make a pit stop at the nearest town to collect my gold for the journey. It shouldn’t be too far from here,” Joy said, her eyes practically beaming with enthusiasm.

“Okay, lead the way, Willow replied.

And so, the two began to leave the village, on their way to a town close by. They walked together side by side as they began to chat about their morning. Naturally, Willow’s walk of shame comes up into conversation.

“So, what was it like having all those eyes on you? Butt ass naked with a rug covering you?” Joy asked with a grin on her face.

Willow’s face began to blush. “Terrifying! I’m just glad it’s all over…” Willow replied.

“Anything else? Did it feel, thrilling? Exciting? Come on, give me the details!” Joy said, nudging Willow’s arm.

“W-Why are you so interested in this? I don’t remember you being this, perverted before…” Willow asked with a confused look on her face.

“Come on, it had to of been at least a little fun! I could only imagine the thrill of streaking through Millsdrid like you did back there!” Joy replied.

“C-Can we move on from this?! I don’t want to be reminded of it anymore!” Willow exclaimed.

“Okay, Okay… sorry. It’s just that, that level of freedom is what I’be been dying for! If I ever did that, I would’ve been ostracized by everyone in Millsdrid,” Joy explained.

“I guess we just have different views on freedom then..” Willow replied.

“Trust me, if you ever lived with my parents, you’d understand!” Joy said exhaustedly.

After several minutes of walking and talking, the two made it to the north entrance of the village. But as Joy casually walked past without much hesitation, Willow stood there for a second, before hesitantly steeping forward.

“You okay?” Joy asked as she turned around, waiting for Willow.

“Yeah, l-let’s keep going..” Willow replied. This was it, she was finally outside the village, ready to make her next step in life.
