She and the group got "Drunk", and began playing the King's game.

"Kanjiiiii, Kanji!, i Kanjectureeeee", rambled the less than 100% conscious Teddie, as he and the rest of the group chatted in the Club's VIP area

"Are sure there's no alcohol in these drinks ?", asked Kanji as he examined one.

"O-Of courshe...no.., i told them not to give usss alcohol..., i think...." ,Babled Rise as she responded Kanji's question as she drank.

"I don't know, they smell too similar to alcohol", commented Yosuke.

"Whatever you sayyyyyyyyyyyy", said Yukiko, who like Rise and Teddie, wasn't in the best of her mental faculties.

"Well, what do we do now ?", asked Yu.

"I Knowwww....", replied Rise, upon which, she stood up from her seat and said "The KING'SSSS GAMEEEEEE", drawing a bucket full of sticks and putting them in the table.

"The Rulesss are simplee, we each draw a stick, and whoeverrr has the one with the redd mark, 'HIC' he'sss the king, who has to giveee orders to whoeverrr player got a stick with a numberrr. And rememberrss, the Kings orderssss are absolutee!!", she explained, upon which, she gathered the sticks with her hand to everyone to draw.

Despite not being as "Drunk" as the other members of the group, the rest of the team decided to play along with her. And so, with that said, everyone then drawed a stick from Rise's hand in order to begin the game.
