She Intervienes

"Stop right there!" Batgirl exclaimed.

Both the cashier and the gunman looked on in surprise at the naked woman now standing at the entrance of the building. Batgirl stood proudly, her hands planted on her hips, her hair and cape wafting in the air, a stern look on her face, and not a single inch of her body concealed from view.

"What the hell?!" the gunman exclaimed in surprise, and in that moment of confusion, Batgirl lunged towards the criminal.

Taking hold of his gun, she struck him across the face, knocking him out cold.

Her heart raced. Initially, Barbara was hesitant to make such a bold entrance. It wasn't clear if the robber would be momentarily stunned by her sudden stark appearance or just shoot her on sight. Still, she took the chance and ended up with little more than burning red cheeks.

Taking hold of the gun, Batgirl placed it on the counter in front of the cashier.

"Are you okay?" she asked sternly.

Barbara worried showing any signs of bashfulness toward her body might further exacerbate the stress the cashier was feeling. Thus, against her better judgment, she kept her arms at her sides and left her body on full display.

"Y-yeah, I'm fine," he said, "Are you really Batgirl?"

The cashier didn't hesitate to start leering over the heroine's body, to batgirl's embarrassment.

"Yeah... ," she blushed.

"Oh my god! I'm your biggest fan!" He exclaimed, a wide grin flashing across his face, "I always wanted to see you in person, but I never expected to see... so much of you," his gaze cascaded down her figure, "Why are you naked?"

Barbara's blush only grew deeper. It was bad enough being seen by a stranger, but to have a fan see her in such a sorry state was humiliating.

"I'm doing a training exercise," she lied, "I can't explain much, but it requires limited clothing."

"Oh...I get it." he nodded, looking her over once again, "Honestly, I wish more heroes were as bold as you."

Batgirl breathed a sigh of relief that the cashier bought her lie. Though she had to admit, it didn't make her feel any less humiliated by her state of undress.

Attempting to focus on anything else, Batgirl took note of a clock along the wall. Her body tensed.
