She-Hulk decides to try to clear her name

She-Hulk donned her new white and purple tights as she prepared to go out on the most important hunt of her career. She needed to clear her name, and only one person could allow her to do that.

"There's no way I sexually assaulted Electro," She-Hulk shuddered at the thought, "But there's no way he could've mistaken any normal shape-shifting impostor for me unless they also displayed the same sort of strength I have, which means a Metamorph. And if we're talking sexual ****, it has to be a metamorph slut, which could only be Copycat!"

She-Hulk shuddered at the realization. Copycat had managed to get the entire Avengers' roster in her profile a few months earlier--using her prostitution skills to get a foothold, she basically hopped from one identity to the other, getting each member's powers and cellular image. Fortunately, the Avengers beat her away and Vision was able to infect her with a degrading nanovirus that would severely hinder her powers. They'd never seen her since, and Jennifer Walters had assumed the shape-shifting prostitute had either died or lost her powers entirely.

Now, she wasn't so sure. And, more importantly, Copycat was the only reasonable explanation for her frameup with Electro.

Copycat was patient, powerful, malicious, and knew everyone's secrets. This would not be easy for a team of superheroes, and it would be one of the most trying adventures of She-Hulk's crime-fighting career. At least she had some leads:

1) Copycat was known to frequent a seedy house of ill-repute. The brothel was so bad, according to witnesses, that Copycat would routinely change her identity to spy on and kill abusive clients.

2) Copycat had also been in on a heist with Joystick before the Avengers' infiltration. Joystick was a tempermental fool, and She-Hulk was confident she'd be an easy take-down once found.

3) Mystique, a shape-shifter, might be able to help Jen hunt down Vanessa Carlysle if properly motivated(beaten to a blue-pulp)
