Shannon Ewing, who really likes dickgirls

An odd man with an androgynous name, Shannon had developed some odd fetishes and ideas, including how a world exclusively inhabited by dick girls could work

With some scepticism, he started to write in the Rulebook:

Old Rule: The human race is monogendered. Instead of males and females, there is only one gender which primarily has the traits and looks of females but has the apparent sex organs of males. This monogender does not have apparent female sex organs, instead the anus is now a two channel opening which will know be known as a cloaca. One passage remains used for waste, the other passage is now where the female sex organs are now located. These organs do experience periods, however, it is absorbed back into the body and as such people do not have monthly bleeds.

As his pencil left the page he felt the world shift. It wasn't gradual at all but as he had been shunted over to a new reality, all around him, he could see only women or rather, the new monogender. Looking down at himself, Shannon noticed the breasts on his chest, the feminine curves, and the penis still in his, or rather her, trousers.

With a big grin, Shannon continued to tailor the world to her liking:

Old Rule: Despite being a monogendered species, humans exclusively use female pronouns rather than gender neutral ones.

There were no apparent changes on this one.

Old Rule: Everyone is at least a 6/10 on the attraction scale, the people lower down on the scale not being considered ugly, just normal.

This one did yield some changes, some of the people that Shannon had thought looked a bit on the unpleasant side were now nice to look at. Shannon also knew that she was probably one of them.

Old Rule: The minimum size of breasts for an adult is a D-cup.

Some of the customers now had larger chests.

Old Rule: The minimum penis length for an adult is 4 inches while the maximum size is 24 inches. The minimum penis diameter is 1 inch while the maximum diameter is 4 inches. The minimum testicle size is 1 inch by 0.5 inches while maximum size is 6 inches by 3 inches. The monogender is able to fit the largest size in both the mouth and the cloaca after some practice.

This change was not at all obvious for some and incredibly obvious for others with one customer having a very large penis making a tent in her long skirt.

Old Rule: Every masculine name is replaced by a feminine equivalent. Any surname which includes 'son' is replaced with 'daughter'. 'Mc' and 'Mac' names are left alone however and are understood to mean 'child of' rather than 'son of'.

This one wasn't all that apparent, though Shannon could hear some gossipers that had previously been talking about a 'George' now talking about a 'Georgia' instead.

Old Rule: All masculine clothes are replaced by feminine ones but with specific changes to function with the new anatomy of the monogender.

Shannon's own clothes had shifted from a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms to a blouse, a long pleated skirt, panties that where designed to hold a penis, stockings, and walking boots with a slightly high heel. The woman who had the massive apparent bulge no longer had that apparent bulge.

Old Rule: Once people reach the age of 25, the aging process slows down considerably. People still look they are in their 30s while being in their 60s. The soft age limit has gone up from about 100 to about 150.

The older customers no longer looked so old and some older looking women who hadn't been there before had appeared.

For now, Shannon was satisfied with the universal changes but still had one thing to change, herself.

Old Rule: Shannon Ewing is a 10/10 on the attractive scale, is 6'6 tall, has I-cup breasts, an hourglass figure with a large ass, the maximum sized genitals, long flowing well taken care of ginger hair, freckled skin, stunning green eyes, and full lips.

Reality shifted once more and Shannon found herself looking at the page from a higher vantage point with ginger hair at the edges of her vision, and some of the other customers were looking her way. The panties must have been designed well as while she could feel herself having a massive penis and balls, she could only see a slight bulge in her skirt.

Old Rule: Shannon Ewing is aware of all the knowledge she needs to function in the world.

Shannon now knew what her friends and family now looked like, some of the important world events that had changed, and the new ones that had occurred, about the specific hygiene that the monogender had, how to apply makeup, not that she needed any, how to walk in high heels, and some other things.

While she did not have any more rules to make currently, Shannon closed the book and took it with her, she didn't want her changes to be undone.
