Setting up on the Sand

“So Ms. grumpy monk?” Emmaline turned to address Fuu with a big smile and, for once, Fuu actually had to make an effort not to glance down at her lewd body. Seeming to recognize this, Emmaline stepped even closer until she was just far enough that it would have been odd for Fuu to say something. “You ready to relax?”

“Of course,” Fuu said with a soft smile.

She turned to head down toward the beach proper and the rest of the Bravos followed.

Heads immediately turned their way as they strode out onto the open sands. Men ogled with various shades of embarrassment and overtness and quite a few women followed them with lingering gazes. And by them she mostly meant Emmaline

In a way, walking next to the boisterous, sluttily dressed and downright gorgeous woman was like being hidden in shadow. On her own, any of the Bravos would have likely drawn stares, but with Emmaline there it was pretty much all eyes on her. People gawked openly at Emmaline’s brazen dress, hoping to catch a glimpse of what lay beneath and were rewarded pretty readily, as the skimpy little thing seemed better at slipping away than staying in place. And while they stared at her, the rest of the group enjoyed… relative peace.

They reached a spot halfway down the sand--out in the clearest spot of beach they could find-- and began setting down bags and laying out towels.

“Oh, I can’t wait to go swimming again!” Robin said, stepping forward to stretch and stare out over the glittering water in amazement. She had dropped her bag and towel on the ground behind her and… instantly forgotten them, apparently. “I haven’t seen the ocean in forever, it feels like.”

“There is a lot more to do than just swim out here,” Kellissendra said.

“A whole lot more” Emmaline added.

“Not what I meant, but sure, I suppose. That too,” Kellissendra said. Then, sounding an awful lot like a tour guide, Kellissendra continued, “Nereid is both a beach and resort, so the matron maintains a number of different activities year round as well as plenty of seasonal events. We would be well served in taking advantage of them.”

“I’ve already done plenty of activities,” Emmaline immediately filled the pause, “but I don’t know if I’ve ever done seasonal ones. Does fucking in the snow count?”

“...you are a bit much,” Kellissendra said, as though she was simply making a note for later.

“Just a bit?” said Liv. Even for Emmaline, Fuu noted, she was being a bit too… ‘forward.’ Had something gotten into her?

“Well I want to swim,” Robin announced and took a step toward the ocean, then instantly pivoted when a pop of movement from down the beach caught her attention. Oh, or play volleyball!”

“She’s like a fresh pup,” Kiera said. Kellissendra nodded her sagely agreement.

“Or we could go get massages” Emmaline suggested in singsong and Robin turned to her with a wide eyed ‘Ooooh.’

“We’ll have plenty of time for everything, I hope,” Fuu said.

When she spoke, all eyes turned to her. Of course they did--she was the leader. Yet, even though this was a vacation and she was here to relax, Fuu felt the weight of those smiling stares just as heavy as if they were in pitched combat.

At once, the soft sounds of the beach didn’t seem so different from the rush of blood in her ears. The sounds of distant voices were like battle cries filled with bloodlust or... just regular lust.

She shook her head ever so slightly, snapping her way out of it with a subdued motion sure to be missed by most.

“So just have fun,” she offered a warm smile and turned to meet Robin’s beaming gaze, then Becky’s more steady expression.

“Just try to relax... and have some fun.”
