Sentenced to nudity

"We are on the record in the sentencing hearing for the case of State of Iowa v. Candace Nicole Carradine, Judge Robert Nicholson presiding," Judge Nicholson began his spiel.

"Miss Carradine," he continued, "your crime has been of such an unusual and unorthodox nature that I feel I need to sentence you accordingly."

Candace shook, fearful of what would happen.

"Given the facts of the case, and of your disposition, I feel as though I have **** but to sentence you to complete and total nudity as a condition of your probation. Your parents, roommates, and householders will be informed of this, and officers will conduct random checks to ensure compliance. Is that understood?"

Candace nodded, her face pale at the realization of what would happen. Judge Nicholson continued.

"You are not to wear any clothing at any time except where mandated to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. You are to be permitted one towel, for drying purposes only. You are permitted only to use tampons, cups, or other inserted devices for the purpose of controlling vaginal emission. You are to be shielded from public indecency laws, but only insofar as such shielding allows you to conduct lawful business you were already committing at the time of the offense. If you have any questions as to the details of this condition, please ask your probation officer or the court for clarification. Have I made myself clear?"

"Yes, your honor," Candace answered sheepishly as she looked down at the floor.
