Which does he pick?

Self, Reality Adjustment, Sex Change

Chapter 3 by TaleSpinner

The choice was made and then the young adult was awoken by their alarm clock and was surprised. They had thought they hadn't set their alarm as there was no urgent need to get up. The graduation ceremony was a different day and there was no need to go to school. The fog of sleep fading Joanne realized that she was in fact Joanne. Looking down at her night gown revealed boobs instead of pecs. One hand confirming her warm soft breast flesh was in fact attached to her chest the other confirmed that Joseph's little buddy was gone.

"Loop modifier... sex change?" Joanne asked in her new soft voice and then checked her phone which read it was the previous day. "Is this a joke?" she muttered before deciding to get ready just in case this really was a loop scenario. Her body was mostly on auto pilot as this version of Joseph had planned everything she would do this morning... and her heart was thumping since she blew several minutes fondling herself. There was a bit of conflict as both wanted to get ready, but Joseph was more chill while Joanne needed to rush a little as she got changed, put on her makeup, did her hair, etc. Before going downstairs and eating a lighter breakfaster that was still prepared by their mom who wished her luck on the finals.

His sister Kelly was a lot more chill than Joanne... little less chill than Joseph, but also more loving and caring to Joanne. Trying to get her older sister who was driving them to loosen up a bit and not be so overly tense she forgot something. They also chatted together while driving to school. However Joanne's heart was thumping as she was walking to her first class and her mind was trying to retain information from her cram sessions. It was probably the way she was raised instead of the way he was raised where she was expected to be smarter, or to go to college and certain things like trades weren't good. At the very least not Plumbing... Ew... So here she was trying to get the best scores she could so she would be more likely to get into certain colleges, get certain scholarships, get certain... One benefit of being so focused on the test right in front of you meant you were less stressed about the logical chain in front of you. In a sense Joanne was less stressed actually taking the tests which made Joseph think... "Do I need to be this stressed? What's the point of a single loop?"

"What if it isn't?" Joanne thought inbetween calculating a double integral

"...I'd rather not be a woman the rest of my life" Joseph thought to himself wondering why he picked the Sex Change one... then realized he'd rather not be in a furry world and who knows what the relationship swap would do.

During their breaks Joseph realized that Joanne did have friends, but in this case it was just lunch buddies who let Joanne eat while focusing on her studies for upcoming finals. In the back of her mind Joseph read she had a boyfriend who was on the football team, but he was respecting her desire for academic excellence and was leaving her be for now. The rest of the finals weren't that interesting. However at the end of the last one Joanne sighed and her shoulders slumped a bit. She like she could just relax now. So now started her post-school day where she drove herself and Kelly back home and... Joseph felt a bit drained, and then realized something important. that Joanne personality was all in his head... obviously, but her personality wasn't real. It was just muscle memory, and snap responses her mind would come up with. There was no one else up there but himself. Back home her phone buzzed a bit with her friends asking about plans, her boyfriend wondering if she was going to the after school party or wanted to do something... alone. Still Joanne's mind didn't have any snap decision so Joseph thought his mind about if he wanted to party with a bunch of girls, do something with a boyfriend, or... maybe just relax at home with Kelly.
