Second Puberty

I have dubbed the stage where a young woman truly blossoms into a Bimbo as second puberty. Before turning 18 it is nigh impossible without knowing a Bimbo's parentage to tell a Bimbo is a Bimbo. A young Bimbo will develop just as a typical regular human girl would, hitting puberty in adolescence and gradually transitioning into a woman. Yet a Bimbo has a second phase of development that occurs normally after 18th birthday like clockwork.

Upon turning 18 estrogen levels of a young Bimbo will begin exploding to levels that a normal human wouldn't be able to ever reach safely over just 2 to 3 months. While the resulting hormonal swing leaves the body in a state of peak femininity pushing the body into the visual perfection one would expect from a Bimbo.
