School Schedule

Common:

First of every month is a body inspection, except the first month. It's on the third day.

Every week has a test to determine student's grade score determining the room they can get.

End of every week is a teachers meeting.

Month 1:

Nothing in particular.

Month 2:

End of month is Mandatory Club Activities. -> Counts as a vacation no test or classes this week.

Month 3:

End of month is a festival - like event where neighboring countries send over people to ease relations. -> No test this week.

Month 4:

End of month is Mandatory Club Activities. -> Counts as a vacation no test or classes this week.

Month 5:

Unknown event that I'll keep secret for spoilers. (Surprise!)

End of month is when the exams happen. -> This is the final tests of the year, no more room changes past this point.

Month 6:

Girls are reminded to be impregnated and find a partner before the month ends.

Beginning of the month is Teacher's appreciation event. (Invite only)

End of month is graduation Ceremony. (Bonus points to the students who got pregnant in the first month walking across the stage with bellies and milk laden breasts.)

Yes a year is 12 months, but that sounds like I'd be adding a ton of filler into the story. Feel free to offer ideas and I can slot them into the schedule. Also, a school year will always be shorter than the actual year so students have time to get home afterwards. A half a year to get home before winter comes in a world with carriages and monsters sounds incredibly reasonable.
