Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke Uchiha opened the door which surprises both Sasuke and Samui. They stared each other in awkward silence for a while before Sasuke decided to break it.

"Who are you? What are you doing here?"

"My name is Samui, an ambassador from the Hidden Cloud Village. Lady Tsunade arranged me to stay in the Uchiha residence during my stay in the Hidden Leaf Village." Answered Samui after recovering from her shock and anger. The Hokage said that Sasuke Uchiha often leaves the village yet she easily met him after arriving. This makes her feel speechless and aggrieved.

"Is that so? Where's the order from the Hokage that you were to stay here?"

"Lady Tsunade told me just to get he-"

"Without the order you can't stay here." Sasuke slammed the door closed, leaving the always monotone Samui face twitching. Only after a few moments did she managed to recollect herself and headed towards the Hokage Tower to get her document while saying,

"Not cool."

"That actually happened huh... I'm sorry Samui, I'll give that boy a lesson right away!" Said the Hokage while furiously making the document for Samui. One can see mix of fury, embarrassment, and helplessness plastered on her face.

Trying to own up her negligence, the Hokage decided to offer a deal to Samui, "Say Samui, what if you're the one to punish him? While I can just punish him myself but that won't really quite do the justice, right? Therefore I can offer you this punishment scroll. This scroll allow you to make someone under your control while retaining their consciousness which makes it the perfect tool to punish people."

Stunned by the Hokage's proposal, it took her a few moment before agreeing. She only managed to say,"cool." Before taking her document and the punishment scroll. She can't wait to punish that detestable Sasuke Uchiha.

She arrived at the Uchiha residence again and knocked on the door. Sasuke Uchiha appeared to open the door once again and asked her coldly, "You have the order now?"

"Yes, wait a minute." Samui barely managed to rein her excitement and coldly opened the punishment scroll in front of Sasuke Uchiha face.

"W-what happ-"

"It actually worked! Now listen here Sasuke, the Hokage has given me the opportunity to punish you for what you did to me before. Now strip naked and let me judge whether your package is cool or not cool! I hope you're actually cool knowing that you're the great ninja after all. "
