What happens now?

Sansa’s Surprise

As Sansa watches the bathroom door open she is surprised to see a young woman with nearly waist-length brown hair enter the room. But what's even more surprising is that the young woman is just as naked as Sansa herself is.

Upon entering the room the young woman closes the door behind herself and then finally looks directly at Sansa.

Upon seeing the young woman's face Sansa is shocked to realize that this naked woman standing in front of her is her long-lost little sister Arya who she has not seen in many years and had long since assumed was dead.
