Sampling the goods

You find yourself now alone with the kobold owner as he leads you towards the back of the shop and to another door. He openes it, showing a bedroom with a desk, bookshelves, chair and a large comfortable looking bed. Another door on the other side leading somewhere else.

The kobold closes the door and pats the bed to tell you to get up as he starts to undress. Looking around you only see one way to escape. A half opened window on the other side of the bed. Hoping up onto the bed, you need to be quick on what to do. Do you try to escape, not knowing what is right outside that window? Or accept your fate to the kobold?
