Samantha

A few days had gone by and Samantha was in the kitchen washing the plate she had just used for lunch. Jerry was at work and she had the day off before she glanced up through the window towards the neighbor's house and she saw her.

She had dark hair and was standing next to the window reading a book. Samantha tried not to stare but there was something odd about this woman that she couldn't put her finger on. She was about to walk away when the woman turned and made eye contact with Samantha.

She wasn't sure what was wrong but she began to feel a little dizzy as this woman stared at her. She watched a smile come across her neighbor's face as she put the book down and walked closer to the window, staring right at Samantha.

"So young and pretty," Samantha suddenly heard a voice in her head say.

"What.... who?"

"Come to me Samantha, come and visit your new neighbor," the voice said as Samantha stood there sweating while this strange lust came over her.

"What...... what are you........" she tried to say as she stood there still feeling strange.

"Sam?" A man's voice said as she suddenly snapped out of it and turned seeing Alex standing there. "You okay?" He asked seeing her covered with sweat and breathing heavy a moment ago.

"Oh, yeah, sorry, I was um," she started to say before looking back through the window not seeing her there anymore. "Hey, have you met the new neighbor yet?"

"Nope, I saw he get into her car once. She smiled at me but that's about it. You?"

"No, I haven't, but I've been thinking of going over and introducing myself."

"Cool," he said before grabbing a drink out of the fridge and heading upstairs.

"Who is she?" Samantha said under her breath as she stared out the window again.
