Ruto turned into Minish Cap Link.

As soon as the cap touched Ruto's head, she felt her body shift and change. Her frame compacted, and her height shrunk. The large, bountiful breasts she had been rather proud of faded away into a flat, male chest. Ruto's wide hips narrowed out, and her scaly blue skin became the pale flesh of a human. Clothes appeared on her frame, familiar clothes. Once it was all done, she looked around at her changed body, and was steaming mad.

As far as she could tell, Ruto as now a twelve-year old Hylian boy, one that looked and dressed a lot like Link. The entire room looked larger from her smaller vantage point. "How am I supposed to seduce Link like this!?" she asked petulantly. That was when she had an idea...
