Rules for Neo's amusement

Neo wanted to see how far she could push the rules for people. And since she was already here in the RWBY dorm...

She first wanted to see what would happen if she removed the rules she had already written down for the girls, and struck through each with her pen.

The girls all screamed in horror.

"All right," Blake huffed. "Who is messing with us?"

"Can I--?" Yang's eyes widened. "Oh thank God! I can finally talk normally!"

Ruby blushed. "I dunno what came over me. Sorry, sis."

"It wasn't your fault, Ruby," said Weiss. "Someone is definitely screwing with us, and when I find them--"

She paused, as if waiting for her hand to slap her ass, but it never did.

Neo, meanwhile, was giggling from her hiding place. So it seemed striking through the rules made the girls, even the ones previously unaware of what they were doing, fully aware of what they did. She could probably specify otherwise in the book, but this was good info to have.

As for what she wrote now...

For Yang, she wrote 'Yang will say the word 'Titties' like it's the most fun word in the world. Yang will grope, fondle, and squeeze her tits each time she talks. Yang will believe her actions and speech are normal and grow frustrated if her teammates tell her otherwise.'

For Blake, she wrote 'Blake thinks she's a horny cat in heat and must constantly hump things around her, including her teammates.'

For Weiss, she wrote 'Weiss is extremely hot and will remove her clothing in an attempt to cool down. When this fails, she believes masturbation to orgasm is the only way to cool down.'

Neo grinned as she wrote the last line, then went back to watching the team.
