Roxie is a good girl.

Angela looked around in wonder. This universe was so much like hers!

Well, not exactly. Roxie was human here, unlike Angela's original universe, but that was a relatively minor change compared to everything else she had noticed.

Angela knew that all those changes were the product of that nerd's three wishes, but regardless, this was reality now, and she was eager to explore it.

It had taken her a long time to find a way to visit realities where Ela existed. Fortunately, having five more brains helping her own was a great advantage, especially when three of them were elastomers. Still, it took a few years to get there, and the help of that counterpart of hers, Juno Ternion.

"You're not Emily, but you are Emily. Roxie doesn't get it!"

Angela smiled at the girl in her arms, letting go of the hug and stepping back. She looked at the other three girls near her. They were all originally from this universe, albeit from another time. Angela had found them at different times in this changed reality and had brought them together. Of course, there was a reason for that, such a reason was in front of her right now. Little Roxie.

Well, calling her little wasn't really correct. Whereas in Angela's original universe Roxie was a pembroke Welsh corgi puppy, here she was a petgirl, and as such, older than eighteen.

"Who are they? Roxie doesn't know them. Roxie wants to meet them, though! Roxie is a good girl!"

Angela smiled at the young petgirl, turning to the others. She had chosen the three based on their abilities.

Alana would be a good base. Her omunculus body would allow her to merge with any being. At the same time, the elven blood used in the alchemical process that created her, along with the sealed entity within her, a succubus, gave her a mix of powerful magics and pseudo immortality.

Rose would make a good binder. Being a dryad, she would bring regenerative abilities beyond what even Alana possenossed, especially because of what made Rose special. Instead of being bound to a tree, Rose had fused with a mandrake, allowing her to be independent and able to feed off the magic itself, especially that which Alana would offer to the fusion.

Last but not least, there was Ling. She was a cross between dullahan and vampire. Alana's powerful blood would keep her strong, and she would bring the undeath that the fusion of the four would need.

Roxie, of course, would be the core of the fusion. Angela had made sure to bring a phase binder with her. She had pulled it from another universe where Yabusa had created several prototypes of the device.

Angela and Juno's theory was that these four would soon be needed, especially with all that was soon to happen. King Enterprises and Yabusa Robotics had formed a conglomerate and had eventually absorbed Shaw Biosciences. The corporate group intended to **** a similar pact with Hideki whether they wanted to or not...
