Roxanne's Hoodie

Kirsty tore after Roxanne, intent on capturing her and going to work on her. She would be the first one to put her in her place, even if it killed her. Roxanne was fast, but Kirsty was faster. She felt herself gaining on her as she took her through the bottom floor of the house.

Rooms whizzed by her. Living rooms, guest rooms, studies, a dining room, and even countless empty rooms with seemingly no purpose. Kirsty was mere inches away from gaining on her. She reached out and caught the back of her hoodie.

“No!” Roxanne screamed.

Kirsty growled as she tried to grasp the struggling Punk Princess. Roxanne twisted in her arms like an eel until they came face to face. Her gleaming white teeth, gritted in anger, appeared through her heavily painted lips.

“Fuck you!”

Roxanne headbutted Kirsty hard. She released her and stumbled backward. Immediately, Kirsty felt her face, hoping the throbbing pain was only superficial. Her biggest fear became ensuring her nose wasn’t broken. She hadn’t expected Roxy’s games to be this violent.

Roxy backed away and disappeared down a dark stairway.

Kirsty dabbed at her nose. Satisfied no blood was flowing but fearful of a bruise marring her pretty face tomorrow morning, she clenched her fist.

“You bitch,” Kirsty shouted. “You’re going to pay for that.”

Kirsty followed Roxanne down the stairway to the basement level of the house. Here, she’d corner her and give her more than a headbutt.
