Rose and Romana, continued

Rose moved awkwardly ahead. The Time Lady, despite her more confident manner, was silently adamant in ensuring Rose didn't get a view of any more of her than necessary.

Which meant that it was always Romana that slowed, Romana that moved behind Rose, getting a view of far more of Rose's behind than Rose ever wanted any stranger to see.

Theoretically she could have walked ahead of Romana and tried to hide her ass with her hands, but that posture was even more degrading than her current state, and she already got the impression that Romana was looking down on her. No, looking down might be the wrong word, but she was a Time Lady apparently, parading herself in humiliating positions in front of a Time Lady was a big no in Rose's book.

Still, she was flushed for the whole duration of the walk.

Behind her, Romana's mask had fallen slightly while Rose couldn't see her face. She still kept her arms up, still kept her expression austere, but she wasn't going to pretend she was fine with this. She was naked! Exposed!

"Over there!"

Still, it was Romana who spoke, catching sight of a darkened hollow in what otherwise seemed to be a normal hill. Rose jumped, distracted from her attempts at staring ahead and trying desperately to forget her nudity.

"It's a cave," Romana said. "We should shelter there. Get out of the open."

Rose nodded a bit too quickly. Out of the open was good.

She hurried ahead, flushing as she yet again exposed her behind to Romana, but trying to focus on the fact she'd soon be vaguely sheltered. Nonetheless, her cheeks burned.

Romana kept a more even walk, but she did quicken her step now they had a destination. Rose was the first inside, quickly pacing in a circle to make sure it was empty; thankfully it was.

Romana's cheeks coloured when she once more found the human facing her; she swiftly made sure her arms were covering her tits and pussy, though it still felt thoroughly inadequate.

She'd been in her High Council robes when she'd been taken; she'd left the Doctor and returned to Gallifrey centuries ago, by her reckoning. Going from that formalwear to... this, it still made her flustered.

Not that she'd show it.

Red-faced, Rose sat down, back to the wall and quickly pulling her knees up against her chest. Romana eyed her but, slowly, did the same. Instead of curling into a ball, she half-crossed her legs, keeping her knees together but horizontal, and moving both arms over her chest.

She looked at the red-face human and sighed.

"This won't work," Romana said. "I hate to say it."

"What?" Rose said, again being wrenched out of her distracted, embarassed reverie.

"Modesty," Romana said. "If we're going to work together we can't constantly be worried about hiding from each other."

"I'm not showing you my-" Rose protested; Romana interrupted.

"I'm not happy about it either," Romana said. "Believe me. But like this we can't even use our hands to do anything. How are we meant to get out of this situation when we can't even look at each other?"

Rose faltered, cheeks still red but unable to deny the logic in Romana's words.

"I don't see you exposing yourself," Rose said.

And it was Romana's turn to be flustered. She closed her eyes, trying futilely to dispel the sense of shame.

Then, reluctantly, she lowered her arms; she tried not to whimper as she bared her tits to the human. Rose blinked.

And then there was a sound from outside, before Rose could respond; immediately Romana's arms were crossed over her chest again.

"What was that?" Rose whispered.

"Someone's outside," Romana said. "We should check. They might be another ally."

"And if it's one of those monsters you mentioned?"

"It'll pay to know what we're dealing with," Romana said.

She hesitated. Then, seeing Rose's reticence, **** herself to move. She stood, hands again covering her front, and then for the first time exposed the pale skin of her ass to Rose as she moved to the entrance of the cave.
