Room first, plans later

The one other thing you had managed to check before you walked with Emma and Grace to the lobby was Izzy’s stats. You found yourself lucky to have gotten over three-quarters of the way there at 64 seconds out of 80 and if you did get to visit tomorrow then that was going to be less to deal with than you had expected.

You had to catch up with both of them after figuring that out but you made it through the doors to the lobby side by side and headed straight for the elevator, not seeing the girl you had noticed on your first night at the front desk as the doors closed.

“Do we actually have any plans for the rest of the night?” Emma asked, looking to you and then to her mother for options.

“I don’t have anything in mind. I did get dinner with the room when I booked it so we can decide then if you want?” Grace suggested, getting a nod from Emma.

“That sounds good to me too” you replied, happy to make plans later.

It seemed like you had been planning everything recently and now that you had visited the house and seen what it was like in person, you didn’t know what else to do with yourself until tomorrow and even then you might not get the chance to visit Izzy again if your father decides to stay home for the day.

You felt listless but with the option Grace had given you, it gave you a chance to get ready and discuss your plans as the three of you instead of taking over the trip like you had been doing.

Emma and Grace were talking about what they planned to wear as you all got off the elevator and the conversation continued as you made it to the room. You had packed something smark by your standards but Grace handed you the bag with the clothes she had picked out for you and you were happy to take them, giving you one less thing to think about.

“I’ll use the bathroom first but that doesn’t mean the two of you can start going at it like you did in the car, we do have a time limit on how long the restaurant serves food so don’t get carried away but… like I said, I’ll let you two do what you want to do as long as I’m around and while I won’t be within earshot, you are in the privacy of the hotel room” Grace said, giving you permission to get frisky with her daughter which was still taking longer to process even after everything that had happened.

Neither you or Emma replied so Grace went into the bathroom with a nod, leaving the two of you alone. You stood at the foot of the bed trying to take it in but Emma reacted quicker than you, running up to you and almost knocking you over.

You barely had time to raise your arms as she jumped at you but you were able to catch her and fall backwards onto the bed with her sitting on your lap, her legs still wrapped around you.

“I said it before but thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” she said excitedly, grabbing your cheeks and planting kisses all over your face between her words.

“It wasn’t exactly a selfless thing for me to get her to agree to, you know” you replied, not feeling that generous for getting Grace to be more accepting of your intimacy with Emma and then her intimacy with her daughter.

“Still, it feels like we have ramped everything up with just that one conversation. I mean it’s just…” Emma continued, waving her arms around as she couldn’t find the right words to explain her excitement.

With her on your lap, you realised this had been the first time in a few hours since you had had some alone time that wasn’t also being recorded, the equipment left in the car where Grace had made sure it was safely stored with what you had gathered.

It also meant you hadn’t given Emma any of the news about Izzy’s registration and your own hidden effect that you had managed to figure out. While she still clung to you, you moved yourself back from the front of the bed and shimmied until you were pressed back against the headrest to have something to lean on. You expected Emma to get off of you so she could sit by your side but she seemed content to sit on your lap as you struggled to get your phone out from your pocket to show her.

“So that’s why you kept staying hard” Emma said, noticing the hidden effect but not having any reason to suspect it was this in particular.

“You had any more thoughts about what your own might be?” you asked, Emma being one of the few who you didn’t have any idea about.

“No nothing yet, I haven’t had enough time with the others either to figure them out” she replied.

It felt like she had been the subject you had spent the most time with recently and yet, there was nothing that stood out that you could see had changed. As a counter to that though, Emma hadn’t noticed your own effect until it was pointed out to her so maybe if you were told then it would all fit together.

You focused more on your own effect as it had some longer term implications about the group dynamic but Emma’s eyes seemed glued to Izzy’s profile as the new subject was her priority.

“Is that why you wanted her number? And why you were jumpy at the mention of the phone! Shit sorry. I didn’t realise how close my mom actually was when she asked in the car earlier. I would have been more careful but I did get her off of the topic I guess” Emma said, looking apologetic but the excitement at a new subject was still affecting her.

“‘Cybersex’ might have some fun implications. So level 1 tomorrow and then what’s the plan with her after that?” she asked, finally getting off of your lap to sit at your side so you could talk a bit more comfortably.

“I think so. That’s more for us both to discuss. I have my ideas and I’m sure you have your own but we did say we’d talk about new subjects getting added before we went too far with them” you replied, now being the best time you had available when you didn’t know when Grace would give you another opportunity to be alone.
