Room 369

Kelly and Aethyta made their way up to the hotel room. “So, what game should we play?” Aethyta asked.

Kelly smiled. “I’m down to whatever you want,” Kelly said. “So how about you choose?”

Aethyta nodded as they entered the room and sat at the small table with two chairs next to it. Aethyta pulled out a deck of cards and quickly shuffled it.

“Oh?” Kelly said. “We’re using physical cards? How interesting…”

“Nothing beats the real thing “ Aethyta said as she dealt out cards. “We’ll play a simple game of poker. We can up the stakes as much as we want but when we reveal our cards the loser will have to fulfill the wager no matter what on top of what the winner wants. You can always fold, and just take the loss.”

“Deal,” Kelly said as she gazed at her cards.

Aethyta looked at her own. They weren’t great cards but she hoped Kelly had worse cards. “Alright, so what do we wager first?”
