Right after his fourth surgery

Three weeks had passed since John's operations had started. He had to spend the whole time in the clinic, most of the time in his room. There the clinic-personal had watched over him.

Dr. Gonzales got out of the operating room and tossed his blood-smeared gloves, scrub and the mask and hood in a bin before he washed his hands and face.

"I see you have done a good job." Dr. Valentine said looking into the operating room, where nurses tended to the operated John.

The nurses wheeled John out of the operation room.

"Don't worry. I still have ideas how to mess with people." Dr. Valentine replied with a wicked smile before she followed John.

As she followed him, she called to mind how John had changed over the last three weeks.

Three weeks ago Dr. Gonzales carried out the first breast augmentation on John like he had told him and his mother. But after he stitch up the small cuts under John's armpits, he did something John didn't know off. He sucked off little amount of fat out of John's abdomen and carefully injected it into his lips. Dr. Gonzales repeated this after each breast augmentation, until John had full lips like. He could have done this in one go, but Dr. Valentine had told him to augment John's lips bit by bit, so he wouldn't notice.

After the surgery John also got put up on a drip, which contained antibiotics and other things to help John with the recovery, as Dr. Gonzales had told him. In reality John got injected with a cocktail of different agents, mostly hormones. They did a lot of things on John's body. First all his body hair stopped growing and finally fell out. In contrast his head hair had grown a little faster, but not so fast that John would have noticed it. Next most of the body fat vanished, leaving John with a slim body, slimmer arms and legs. But the nurses told him it was because of the diet and the long stay. Related with it was a change in John's facial features. They got softer and despite the male bone structure it it looked very feminine. Somebody knowing John would still had recognized him, but for everybody else John now looked more like a woman than a boy.

Then there were the things openly done to John; but because of Dr. Valentine he accepted them.

The first happened right after his first surgery. Dr. Valentine suggested John shouldn't masturbate while he was in the clinic. And last but not least there was the thing the nurses did during the third surgery. While Dr. Gonzales enlarged John's bust from 650cc into 1000cc each, one of them pierced his ears and another put small studs on them. They were covered by John's hair, so he didn't noticed until now. At least Dr. Valentine thought he hadn't noticed, as he didn't say a thing about it.

All in all the boy wheeled in front of Dr. Valentine now looked more like a very busty woman than the boy from a few weeks ago. His body was still male, but feminized and with augmented lips and breasts.
