Ride to your Stop and Get off Unnoticed

This isn’t the time to make conversation and you haven't been to the doctor in over a year, so you hop on the train in a hurry without interacting with anyone.

The receptionist at the desk is as cold as always and merely tells you to "Have a seat and wait until your name is called." She's been the receptionist here since you were a colt and you are pretty sure she has never once looked up to see you. You could be anyone and she would never notice.

"Whatever." you think. You go into the corner of the room by the door to the testing lab and sit down to wait. All you have for entertainment is a dumb looking kid's cartoon on the television, "Highlights" magazine, and some back issues of Home and Garden. You start daydreaming about god knows what until you hear a small moan from somewhere nearby. You flick your ears around, trying to find the source of the noise and eventually pinpoint the door next to you. You hear a small titter and another moan and that about seals the deal for you; you have to know what is going on in there.

You check the handle to find the door unlocked. The receptionist still has never looked up and you could make your move right now.
