Within a few minutes, Susan was running a few tests on Misty. Initially it was the standard stuff like blood pressure, reactions, and the like. Then Susan started asking Misty some questions about her physical health, which told the doctor Misty was in perfect health... save for one thing.

"Has your bikini, which is super cute by the way, been feeling tighter lately?" Susan asked. Misty nodded.

"Ever since I left that shack, my bikini bottom has been feeling tight." Misty said. On that, she readjusted her bikini bottom again. Susan looked over Misty once again and wrote something down on her clipboard.

"Well, I know the problem now. You drank the Passionate Pear Surprise?" Susan asked. When Misty nodded, Susan sighed. "Then the issue is your butt. That booty is gonna turn into a real badonkadonk." She realized what she said and sighed. "Sorry. Every since my trip there, my language is all screwed up. I had the Bimbo Blizzard."

Shocked, Misty stood up and looked behind herself. Sure enough, her butt was sticking out further than before.

"So, I'm turning into a literal fatass?!" Misty shouted.

"I wouldn't have put it that way, but yes." Susan replied. "And unfortunately, your booty's gonna keep growing for quite a while. Once the growth from the Passionate Pear Surprise starts, it doesn't stop." As if on cue, Misty's butt suddenly surged in growth, becoming a proper bubble-butt and turning her bikini bottom into a thong.

"Will this ever stop?" Misty asked.

"It will, yes." Susan replied. "Thing is though, by the time it does stop..."
