Chapter 6 by AnQnomous AnQnomous

Restless, but not Thoughtless

Cuu awoke to the sounds and sensations of his bones snapping. It wasn't a new form of stimuli, as it happened all the time after training with his father; at least these injuries weren't from silver. He sat up in bed, and the light of the full moon struck his bare flesh from behind as it shot through the window. He held in any unneeded yelps or hisses from the constantly crackling of his bones, as they began breaking off their ever-so-slightly incorrect threading; setting themselves perfectly within his body, and re-threading once more.

"Damn it!" He half-shouted, as he felt a vertebra pop back into place. "Those are the worst..."

The casts around his ankles cracked open as the torn ligaments and fractured bone shifted into place. The red marks across Cuu's body faded; first into ivory scars, and then into nothing. Once the crackling, popping, and writhing of his body finally ceased, he stood from the bed.

He stretched out, his stomach grumbling for more food; as always. "Oh, shut it. You're the one who got us caught."

The Wolf turns back to the window, looking up at the midnight sky; the moon peering down at him through its cover of clouds. It wasn't the best view. Far from it, in fact. He had to crane his neck and lean over the bed to spot that most familiar of sights. That all-encompassing urge once more filled his lungs; he just had to do it.

Not here, but out there; where the moonlight's kiss was sweetest.

...

Dorothy flipped through the blank pages of the Index, the candle light by which she searched flickering from the gentle winds of her open window. After her game with Cuu, she had made sure to **** the beast to eat a full dinner as well; the whole ordeal both tiring her greatly, yet invigorating her curious soul to its maximum. She wanted to know more of this strange man, and his story. She wanted to hear his tales of the other regions. She wanted him to hold her down and-

"-Agh! No, bad thoughts! He is your patient, not your toy!" She chided herself once more.

You see, Dorothy couldn't sleep; but not because of curiosity. It was that damned... smile. When Cuu was speaking of his people, and their way of life, his face had unwittingly warmed greatly. Across that furrowed face had formed a most gentle smile. It had turned a once fierce Wolf into a kindly young man. He loved his people, and that love shined through him like a raging wild-fire; a fire that was currently burning Dorothy up inside.

It didn't help that, while checking his body for injuries upon bringing him home, she saw how massive his-

"Ugh... stupid book." She grumbled, tossing the Index onto the foot of her bed; blowing out the candle, and tucking herself in.

She closed her eyes, but her mind was set on reminding her of the man in her guestroom at every moment. Wine wouldn't help; it certainly didn't help with Bellodor. Ah, and there she went. From simmering arousal, to fierce anger.

"The Beauty." She mockingly whispered. "Good to look at, better to ignore... a whole months worth of girlish flirting; wasted on an scoundrel."

Her anger was interrupted by a knock at her door. Still irritated from her thoughts, she arose quickly, and stormed over; angry that her patient had left his bed. Dorothy swings the door wide and-

...

Cuu and Dorothy stood on either side of the doorway; the latter's face having just turning a delicious shade of cherry.

"Doctor Oswald; I was wondering if I could borrow a coat, like you said. I'd like to go for a walk just out of town." He asked, not noticing his caretaker trying to recover from her whiplash.

It didn't help that a mostly-naked man she had been fantasizing about for the past hour was right outside her door, now standing tall; so close to her, all while she wore naught but a white nightgown. It could be as simple as tearing it off, and having him bend her over her bed-

"-A w-walk?" She asked. "Its the middle of the night."

"And?" He answers plainly; tilting his head.

She sighs, moving to her wardrobe. "I have my father's old winter coat, and a pair of his trousers. No shirts; he took all of those with him."

"That's fine."

She pulled out the large, earthly-brown fur coat, and the trousers; dyed a dark, faded green. She spotted a pair of her fathers old socks and boots as she moved the coat, pulling them out as well.

"Oh, no boots." Cuu said.

Dorothy looked at him like had grown a second head out of his ass. "What?"

"It's a long story." He answers, walking to her, and taking the clothes from her hands. "Maybe I could tell it to you on the walk?"

He hadn't paid much attention to his motions, not noticing as his hands moved over hers to gently take the apparel. They were so much larger than hers. A shudder goes down Dorothy's spine. There was a delay between her heart beginning to beat out of her chest, and her brain understanding the words spoken to her.

"Oh! Um... Ok. I couldn't sleep either way." She says, tripping over her own words. "Once you've dressed, I'll-"

He had to be doing it on purpose, she thought; he had to. Pulling the coat over his head, his abdominal muscles were front and center; staring her in the face. He even undid the buttons, allowing the damned thing to open; showing off a clear line of bare skin from neck to just above his groin. Then he started putting on the pants, and yelped like puppy.

"Damn it! I always forget..." He said, looking down at the trousers.

Which had no hole for his massive, bushy tail.

Giggling, and snapped out of her heated thoughts, Dorothy motions to The Wolf. "I'll fix them up; it's not like my father's using them."

Cuu hands the trousers off to her, and leaves the room; embarrassed beyond what his pride could handle. He waits patiently, until the pants are flung past his head.

"A lady needs her privacy to dress." Are the last words he hears as Dorothy closes the door.

...

Dorothy pulled off the nightgown, and returned to her wardrobe. She knew that Autumn was nearing, and so pulled out her usual attire, and a nice coat of her own. Standing nude before the full-body mirrors that were on the inside of the wardrobe doors, she noticed something in the bright moonlight. The glistening between her legs.

"You barely even know him! Calm down!" She chided herself once more, but more thoughts came flooding into her mind.

"How big is he at full mast? Could he smell how wet I was? What if he propositions me during the walk? What if he-"

She begins envisioning a scene from her more "naughty" books; the ones she hid under the floorboards when her parents came to visit. She could see it; Cuu, pinning her down, tearing her clothes from her body, and unleashing that enormous thing between his legs. She began touching herself; the image in her mind of her patient bucking into her with no restraint, and stealing her virginity was setting her mind on fire. She lets out a high-pitched squeak of a moan; reaching her climax as the idea of him unloading volumes of virile seed into her fertile womb comes into focus...

"Doctor Oswald, are you ok?" Asks an oblivious Wolf, knocking at the door.

Snapping out of her daze, Dorothy trips over the loose floorboard that once held her erotica; catching herself on a wall before coming back to her senses. Her perverse thoughts feel as dirty as her hand; now soaked in shame

"I'll be right out!"

...

Cuu enjoyed the open air as he strode out of town on the yellow brick road, with Doctor Oswald not far behind him; maybe a yard or two. The woods had given way to wide open fields, cleared for the next season's harvest; a distant farmhouse and barn greeting them as they passed by.

"Who owns the farm?" Cuu asked, stopping in his tracks, and breaking the silence.

Dorothy closes the distance between them, saying. "Oh, didn't you know? The McDonald Family owns most of the farms in Ozon."

"The Great Caravan avoids Ozon." He says, walking once more. "These strange brick roads are awful on our wagon wheels; at least, that's what my father told me."

"Oh, so this place is new to you?" Dorothy asks. "The local grocer, James, has been all around Ozon. He could tell you all about it."

"I'll keep that in mind." Cuu says, spotting something in the distance; his amber eyes twinkling at the sight. "What's that?"

Cuu points to what he sees. Off in the distance, far from the road, was a massive, ruined, stone tower. It had to be three stories at least; with massive holes taken out of the walls. Ancient tattered cloth hung from a pole stretching up into the sky.

Dorothy says. "Oh, that's just an old tower from the Triad Period. Ruins like that are all over Ozon. They have vagrants... or bandits... move in every now and then, but since they're considered historical sites, they can't be deconstructed."

"And that doesn't bother you?" Cuu asks.

She shrugs. "Ones close to a town, like that one, pretty much never get inhabited by bandits; local militias are usually enough of a threat to keep them from trying anything. It's usually the ones closer to the border to Nevermore that have any issues."

The Wolf thinks for a second, then begins walking off the road; towards the tower. "Well then, let's go."

'What!?" The doctor looks back towards town, and then back at her patient, dumbstruck.

"You said it probably doesn't have bandits." He replies, cocking his head a tilt once again.

Dorothy leaves the road, storming towards him. "Yes. Probably! Its not like I've checked!"

He shrugs. "Suit yourself; I'll be back before sunrise."

The Wolf continues his strides towards the ruined tower, all while his doctor is left by her lonesome; contemplating her choices. He hears her sprinting up behind him.

"Fine, fine... what's so important about going to this tower for you, anyway" She asks, crossing her arms.

Cuu smiles, that twinkle in his amber eyes glistening like starlight.

"It looks like a nice place to howl."
