"First, she will only be available when she is not required for other duties."

"Secondly, the only harm which comes to her is the stretching from taking your ovipositor. If she does something deserving of punishment, you may inform me and I will deal with it."

"Very well."

"I expect her to get up early in the morning, so she is to be returned to me no later than two hours after sundown."

"Fine, so long as I get my fair share of time with her."

"How long do you think is reasonable?"

"Hmmm... Let us say an hour each day, four days a week, and any time lost to other duties on one day can be made up later at a time of my choosing."

Mistress hesitates, but nods. "Acceptable, but only time in which she is unavailable will be reimbursed. If you choose not to use your time with her for a given day or week, that is on you."

"Naturally," says Xolyx. "I believe we have a deal." She releases a short length of hair-thin thread from her spinnerets, tying loops into both ends and puts one around her left wrist.

Mistress walks forward, accepting the other end, before pulling the connecting thread taut and biting through it.
