Chip POV
Mom: “How about you take the dogs outside to play and I’ll fix up some cups of tea we can have on the patio”
Nick: “Yeah... that sounds good.”
“Chip ‘Doggy Time’ *snap*, OK dogs lets go outside.”
Out side yes!
“woof”
“Woof”
We impatiently push our selves out the back door as Nick opens it. I take the lead showing the new dog around.
I show her over to the pond. She leans in and takes a slurp of water.
Huh, Why haven’t I tried that before. I dunk my head in and slurp some water. Ah refreshing.
Then go up to the gazebo and sniff about. Then back and forth among the flower beds.
We then start chasing each other around, like a dog version of tag.
That was fun but I’m an old dog. Getting tired we lay back staring up at the sky and surrounding trees.
*brrrr**splash*, What was that?
We both turn towards the house. Lets investigate.
Walking up to the house we discover the noise, the hot tub.
I jump up with my paws on the side where Anna was and Olivia jumps up on the side with Nick.
“Woof”
“woof”
