Relaxation

"Try this relaxation tape and see for yourself," said Katy.

"I'll try," said Tara.

"Just have an open mind."

A few minutes later, Tara was listening to very soothing sounds. She thought she could hear a voice, but could not make out any words. The scent of the candles was very pleasant. The more Tara took in what her senses relayed to her brain the more relaxed she became.

Katy watched all of this with satisfaction. She and Tara never really got along. Tara resented the fact that her dad had rushed into a relationship and how "shallow" Tara was on how she freely spent her dad's money, and Katy though Tara was a brat and daddy's girl who could not do anything on her own.

As Katy watched Tara become more and more relaxed, she remembered she had taken a lesson in how to incorporate subliminal messages into relaxation tapes.
