Chapter 7 by Captain Edison Captain Edison

Why does Traps need Eclipse?

Recruitment

Sophia woke up naked inside a glass cage.

The cold floor pressed against her bare skin. Her head throbbed. A heavy metal suppressor collar sat snug around her throat, cutting off every trace of her magic. She pushed herself up on shaky arms and froze.

A man stood just outside the glass, watching her with calm, predatory interest. Behind him were two women — one a voluptuous cowgirl hybrid with four massive breasts, the other a tall brunette beauty with writhing tentacles spreading from her back. Both stared at the man with mindless, adoring devotion.

Sophia’s stomach twisted.

“What the hell is this?” she demanded, forcing her voice steady. She needed him talking. Monologuing villains always revealed weaknesses. “Who are you? What do you want with me?”

The man smiled faintly. “I’m Traps. Former henchman of Dr. Vex and current owner of his powers. Current owner of this lab too… and soon, much more.”

He began explaining — Vex’s ****, the stolen mutagenic power, Overlord Kane’s expectations, his plan to build a legion of obedient superwomen. Sophia listened carefully, eyes scanning for exits, weak points in the glass, anything she could use. But the longer he spoke, the more she realized something unexpected.

He’s not like them, she realized. Not entirely.

He wasn’t blindly loyal to the Iron Dominion. He wasn’t a sadist like Vex. He was… ambitious. Angry. Lonely. A man who had killed his boss because he refused to stay a pawn.

That made him dangerous... But it also made him useful.

She thought back to why she had never joined The Spark, even after five years of hiding.

The resistance talked a good game about freedom, but they were reckless. Idealistic fools who got people killed in flashy, doomed raids. They still believed they could win through brute **** and moral superiority. Sophia had seen too many friends die for nothing. The Dominion, for all its tyranny, had brought a kind of order — chaotic superpowered brawls in the streets had mostly stopped. Crime had become transactional instead of anarchic.

Both sides were wrong.

The Dominion crushed freedom. The Spark wasted lives in the name of it.

Maybe this man… Traps… is something in between.

She made her decision in that moment.

When he finished speaking, Sophia pressed her hands against the glass, meeting his steel-gray eyes directly.

“You don’t have to do this,” she said urgently. “You killed Vex because you didn’t want to be another cog in Kane’s machine. Don’t become the next Vex. Keep my mind intact. Let me help you. I know the resistance. I know how the Dominion works from the inside. I can help you build something stronger than mindless slaves. Something that can actually challenge Kane.”

She leaned closer, voice dropping with calculated sincerity.

“You want real loyalty? Real partnership? Then don’t break me. Use me as I am.”

Traps

She was good.

Sophia — Eclipse — was sharp, beautiful, and offering exactly what the other women couldn’t: a real mind. A partner. Someone who could scheme with him instead of just moaning “Master” while rubbing against your leg.

Verdant and Helix’s mindless devotion had been satisfying at first. Now it felt… hollow. Lonely.

You glance at Velocity Vixen, still floating in her cage, eyes glassy with brainwashing. She was the most broken of the three.

“Fine,” you said. “I’ll keep your mind mostly intact. You’ll help me expand the harem. You’ll help me plan. You’ll help me take Kane’s place.”

Sophia’s shoulders visibly relaxed.

“But,” you continued, your voice dropping into a cold warning, “I need to make one thing very clear.”

You opened Vixen’s cage. The speedster stepped out immediately, staring up at you with pure, vacant devotion.

You placed your hand on her shoulder and pushed.

Vixen gasped sharply as the mutagen surged into her. Her entire body flushed crimson. Her nipples stiffened into hard peaks. Between her thighs, her swollen pussy clenched and began to gush, slick dripping loudly onto the floor in wet strands. She whimpered, legs shaking violently as overwhelming arousal crashed through her system.

You kept pushing.

Vixen cried out as her body began to shrink. Her limbs compacted, her torso shortened, until she stood at barely 4 feet tall. At the same time her curves exploded outward. Her breasts ballooned into massive, jiggling orbs that dominated her tiny frame. Her ass swelled into two enormous, heart-shaped globes that wobbled with every shuddering breath. Her waist cinched dramatically, creating an absurdly exaggerated shortstack hourglass that looked almost cartoonish.

Vixen’s eyes rolled back. A broken, slutty moan escaped her as the changes locked in. Her new, hyper-sensitive body was too much. She dropped to her knees with a wet slap, thighs spread obscenely, pussy visibly pulsing and drooling in a steady stream. Her tiny hands frantically rubbed between her legs, hips bucking as she ground against nothing.

“Master— please— I need it— I’m so empty—” she begged, voice high and needy.

You looked back at Sophia, who was watching with wide-eyed horror… and unmistakable dark fascination.

“That,” you said calmly, “is what I can do if you ever betray me. My power is only growing. Do we understand each other, Eclipse?”

Sophia swallowed hard, unable to tear her eyes away from the writhing, dripping mess that used to be Velocity Vixen.

“…Crystal clear,” she whispered.

You smiled, slow and satisfied.

“Good. Welcome to the team.”

1 on 1 with the new partner
