Raven

"WHAT?!" You grunt out in a state of half sleep as you open the door. You blink a couple times, as your eyes adjust to the light and you discover that Raven has been the one rapping at your chamber door. You groan a bit at yourself for even thinking of that pun and you debate sharing it with Raven but you soon realize that she is not in the mood for bad jokes. In fact she's looks pretty pissed off.

"Care to explain why there was a breach in our security last night and no one was informed?" Raven asked in a rather unpleasant tone

"Hey I thought I was doing everyone a favor. Letting everyone get some rest. Besides I took care of the problem." You really don't see what she can be so upset about.

"Oh did you? Then why is the Tower completely trashed? Did you feel like doing some redecorating last night after taking care of this problem? And maybe a couple of items might have just walked off on their own during the night."

"That's impossible. I locked Jinx up in the prison hold, she couldn't have gotten out on her own." You're baffled at the possibility that Jinx somehow had freed herself from her hold.

"Did it ever occur to you that she might not have been here by herself? I mean, did you even do a check of the rest of the Tower or around the perimeter before dozing off?!" Raven raises her voice as her tone shifts from unpleasant sarcasm to a more serious one.

"Look. I really don't see what you want me to say. Ok I should have informed someone. But I had a long day, I was tired. I didn't think -" you're defense is cut off by Raven

"NO YOU DIDN'T THINK! THAT'S THE WHOLE PROBLEM!" She screams at you

"WELL OK! WHY THE HELL DO YOU HAVE TO YELL ABOUT IT??? I SCREWED UP!" You scream back at her. "Besides, shouldn't Robin be the one here chewing me out for fucking things up one day in. I'm sure he'd just love to find a reason to show why the new guy is a fucking idiot!!!!"

"Why I'm not good enough to come and berate you? I'm sorry I didn't know that his highness doesn't take well from being criticized by non royalty!"

"What the hell is wrong with you? I've apologized already. You're the one who just started yelling at me before I could even wake up." You're seriously riled up now. Sure you messed up, but there was no reason for Raven to be acting like this.

"Because you're the one not taking things seriously. And if you don't start soon then I and the rest of the team will find it hard to trust you in other tasks"

"What because of one mistake and some stolen junk? What useless thing did she take? Seriously. I know you have a hard time controlling your emotions, but you really need to calm the hell down. You're being a total bitch."

"FUCK YOU" she gives you a hard slap on the face and runs off

"What the hell was that about?" You wonder aloud. You step out and take a look around. The tower is a bit messed up, but nothing too serious. You should probably go after Raven. You clearly had overstepped yourself with that last comment. But in fairness, she really was way too worked up over everything. And perhaps you're better off waiting until she's calmed down. You could talk to one of the other Titans to try and get more of the story, hopefully without another shouting match. Or perhaps you should try and redeem yourself and go after Jinx and find out just how she got out of her cell.
