Raiding Team Gravity

10 days, it had been 10 days since Violet had turned in the cultists to the local police. 10 days since Grim had told her that she was pregnant, and 10 days since she started living with Ken & Lou.

She had expected to hear something after a few days. But no, apparently there wasn’t anything to share. Or they had just decided to not share the information with her. While it was nice to have a moment to catch her breath as it were, that didn’t mean that Violet wanted to just sit around forever. Even if she busied herself with a different project, Violet still wanted to do something.

“Guess I should go out and find something to do.” Stepping out of the shower, thankful that she wasn’t being distracted by one of her boyfriends, Violet decided that she would head to the Pokémon Center after breakfast. After all, that was how she had picked up her first gig.

“Oh, why the hurry my dear?” At the sound of the voice Violet turned around in surprise. “Why not just stay here and enjoy yourself?”

Thankfully it was only Grim. “Oh, morning Grim.” The perverted ghost had been showing up so much that the Twins weren’t even scared of him anymore. “You actually here for something, or just perving?”

“Oh, can’t I pop in and say hi to my favorite exorcist?”

“So, just perving.” Wrapping a towel around herself, Violet stepped out of the bathroom and into the apartment.

“Morning Violet” Lou was currently finishing up breakfast while Ken was already sitting at the small table with a glass of orange juice. “Morning Violet”

“Morning Ken, morning Lou.” She was finally starting to be able to tell the twins apart. Ken liked to bend her in half while he fucked her, while Lou enjoyed her riding cowgirl. Since she had done cowgirl last night, that meant Lou was cooking and Ken was drinking orange juice. “Any messages?” She was still waiting for any word from Brian, or the cops.

“No, nothing yet Violet.”

“Damn…” Well what now? She couldn’t just sit around indefinitely and hope that they would eventually send word to her. It had already been 10 days. Perhaps she should call them? Or just find something else to do? Yeah, that is what she will do. After all, it wasn’t as if adventure was going to just knock on her door.

Violet then hears a knock on the door. Everyone stopped what they are doing for a few seconds, surprised by the sounds. Once the shock wore off Grim disappeared as Ken stood up and walked to the door.

In the doorway is a middle aged man in a trench coat. “Is there a Ms. Violet here?”

Only a little self conscious that she was still dripping water from the shower and was currently wearing nothing but a towel, Violet steps into the man’s line of sight. “Who wants to know?”

“Agent Alex, International Police.” The man pulls out a wallet and flashes a badge while glancing up at Ken, “Can I come in?”

Ken seems to be ready to tell the man to leave, so Violet tells him. “How about first you tell us why you are here?” Violet was curious, but she wasn’t used to cops just showing up at her front door.

The middle aged man shrugs “I was informed that I have you to thank for our latest breakthrough in regards to Team Gravity.”

Forgetting that she is mostly naked, Violet rushes up to the door. “Do you have news! Damn it Ken let him in! Lou, is the coffee ready?!”

Ken is **** to step aside as Violet drags Alex into the small apartment. “Tell me, did they talk? What did they say? Are they really that crazy or was it an act?”

His face calm, Alex listens to Violet’s questions. “No, the prisoners haven’t said anything and frankly I don’t think they know anything. They seem to be newer recruits. That said, they weren’t the reason I came here.” As Alex speaks, Ken and Lou pull up some extra chairs and sit down at the small table. “I have a lead and to be honest, I could use some back up.”

“YES! WHEN DO YOU LEAVE!? Oh, I need to get dressed!” Excited to finally be doing something, Violet runs into one of the bed rooms. “Damn it! Where are my clothes!?”

A few hours later Violet, Alex, Ken & Lou, were in downtown Saffron, the bad part of downtown (the twins had insisted on following Violet). The part of town that was mostly just broken down buildings, wild Pokémon, and the dregs of society.

In other words, it was the perfect place for a hideout.

“Are you sure about this?” That didn’t mean Ken & Lou liked being down here. “Maybe we should head back.”

Or more precisely, they didn’t like the idea of Violet being here. “Oh, stop stressing out.” The twins might be a sexy pair of HIMBOs, “I’m going and that’s that.” But they worried more than her old masters did. “Now stop acting like a pair of scared Meowths.”

“We’re just worried.” “This isn’t a good place.”

“While I appreciate the concern.” Even if it was starting to annoy her. “I’m still going. Unless you want to let Team Gravity run amuck?”

“If you children are done?” They all turned to look at Inspector Alex. “While my information says that Gravity is up to something in this part of town, I don’t know where. If we want to find them we need to start looking.”

A big grin on her face, Violet claps her hands. “Well, you heard the man.” She then starts walking, knowing that her boyfriends won’t be far behind. “Onward, to adventure!”

The first thing they ran into was a Meowth.

“Alright Feu, you’re up.” Hearing Violet’s voice the fire ghost came out of hiding and hovered in front of Violet.

“We can handle this” “Yeah, no need to stress yourself.”

“It is just a wild Meowth guys, I think I can handle it.” Seriously, did they think she was made of glass? Just because Violet wasn’t solid (sexy) muscle like they were didn’t mean she would break like a small twig. “Lets do this Feu.”

The wild Meowth must have been on edge because Violet wasn’t able to even get a command out before it leaped at Feu in an attempt to bite. “Shit! Hit it with an Ember!” Violet’s ghost throws out little balls of fire which connect, causing the wild Pokémon to cry out. It leaps once again at Feu, this time getting a solid bite in before Feu finishes the fight with another Ember.

Scared off, the Meowth was running away when to Violet’s surprise she sees Ken throw a Pokémon ball and catch it. “Bro! I wanted that one!” “You can have the next one Bro.”

That was a bit of a surprise, but the twins had mentioned that they wanted to catch some more Pokémon. At least it wasn’t a Ratatta, or a Grimer.

Their next ‘wild’ encounter was a Murkrow.

Not wanting to use her ghost against the dark type, Violet sends her Jigglypuff. “You got this Jem, Disarming Voice!” The Wild Pokémon in this area must all be exceptionally twitchy, because the Murkrow cried out, flapped its wings, and sent a Gust towards Jem before she could start yelling. Not that it made much difference in the end. As Jem started yelling, Violet covered her ears and watched at the two Pokémon blasted each other with their attacks.

When the Murkrow was defeated, Violet was only slightly surprised when she saw Lou throw a Pokémon Ball and capture the dark flying type. “Sweet!” “Bro, think I could take on the Gym with this?” “Totally bro!”

“If you two are done congratulating each other?” Everyone looked towards Alex, who was starting to look impatient. “I believe that we have arrived at your destination.” Alex then points at a warehouse. At first nothing about the warehouse struck anyone as strange.

But Violet soon noticed what caught Alex’s attention. “The lights are on.” Normally that wouldn’t be strange, except this was the only building in this part of town that had the lights on.

The four of them grouped up in front of one of the doors with their Pokémon out. Violet had Jem out since they were in a group, Ken and Lou had their Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan out, and Alex had a Numel. The door was locked (another suspicious sign) but Ken solved that problem by kicking it down. Immediately after kicking the door open the four of them rushed through the door.

And were immediately confronted by three members of Team Gravity and their Pokémon.

For a moment everyone stood there, frozen in mutual surprise. Violet is the first to react, ordering Jem to “SING!” As the Jigglypuff sang Violet was pleasantly surprised to see not only two of the Pokémon fall asleep, but one of the Team Gravity members even fell asleep.

One of the Team Gravity Members orders his Grimer to use “Acid Armor.”

Just in time for Lou and his Hitmonchan to move in a coordinated synchronized attack. At the same time the Hitmonchan critical hit, strikes the Grimer with an “Ice Punch”, Lou gives a loud cry, “Highya!” and strikes the Team Gravity Grunt in the gut with a martial arts punch.

Grabbing his gut, the cultist cries out. “Oh!? What the fuck man? We’re not supposed to fight?!”

Violet can practically hear the grin on his face as Lou replies. “You’re not a trainer and this isn’t a Pokémon Battle, this is a Street Fight.”

The other Team Gravity Grunt has a panicked look on his face as he wakes up his Pokémon, a Magnemite, and orders it to use “Thundershock!” Confused, the Magnemite attacks a random Pokémon. Which turns out to be Alex’s Numel. Alex's ground type Numel.

Ken and his Hitmonlee then both charge at the Magnemite and strike with synchronized kicks. The Hitmonlee’s Blaze Kick strikes hard, quickly followed by Ken’s own kick. Not even a second later the Numel fires off an Ember at the steel type and it faints.

Inspired by Lou, Violet points at one of the Grunts and tells Jem to “Sing him asleep!” Her voice surprisingly soothing, the Grunt doesn’t even have time to panic before he slumps down onto the ground and falls asleep.

The last Gravity Grunt orders his Grimer to use “Sludge Wave”. Violet watches a surprisingly large wave of purple poison start washing towards her.

Only for the attack to be intercepted by Ken and his Hitmonlee, “Wide Guard!”. They don’t manage to stop the attack, but they do absorb it, taking the damage instead of her and Jem.

Before Violet has a chance to ask Ken ‘what the fuck’, Lou and his Hitmonlee leap at the Grimer, both of them striking it as they with coordinated “Ice Punch”, yelling “AH!” as he punches in tandem with his Pokémon. Within less then a second the Grimer has fainted. Seeing that he is the last one standing the last Grunt flees deeper into the complex.

“What the fuck Ken!” Violet stomps over to Ken and his Pokémon. “Why would you do that!?”

“I… I…”

“Just, just show my your hands.” As Violet looks at Ken’s hands, which are now covered with chemical burns from the Grimer’s attack. “Stupid HIMBO…. Jem! Wish!” The Jigglypuff started to hum and soon there was a glow around Ken and the Hitmonlee’s injuries. "You shouldn't have done that."

“I… I just don’t want to see you get hurt.”

“While I appreciate the sentiment. I’m not made of glass. Besides, do you think I like seeing you get hurt?” Especially if it was because of her?

“If I might interject?” They both look towards Alex. “It really was the best tactical decision. In a group like this, the Jigglypuff, and thus you, are the center.”

“Even if that is true.” It was true, but Violet felt like arguing. “That wasn’t why Ken did it.”

“No, he did it because he cares about you. Now, if you are done acting like a bunch of hormonal teenagers…”

Lou interrupts the man by saying. “But we are teenagers. Aren’t we?”

Violet can’t help but laugh. “I mean, I am 18...” 18 and pregnant. Maybe she could get onto reality TV? She could use the money.

“Let’s… Let’s just keep moving. Hopefully we can catch him before he gets away.” Clearly wondering the direction his life has gone, Alex walks past the small group. Violet looks at the Twins and can’t help but giggle.

Her life really had gotten ridiculous, hadn’t it?

The Cultist Grunt didn’t manage to get very far. “You can’t stop what is to come! He who slumbers shall awaken!”

Whatever else the Cultist would have said was silenced by Ken and Lou jumping him and tying him up. “Yeah yeah.” “We’ve heard it before.” The twins look at Alex and ask, “You want to ask him any questions?” “Or should we gag him?”

“For now, gag him. He can be interrogated later. For now, I want to find out what they were up to.” Following Alex’s instructions, the Twin gag the Cultist and tie him to his compatriots. Who were already tied up, gagged, and being pulled along by the large muscular twins.

“It can’t be much further right?” Violet hoped so. “Otherwise we wouldn’t have found him so easily.”

The only man replies. “Doesn’t mean there aren’t surprises waiting for us. Be on your guard.”

Alex was right, there was one more surprise. Thankfully it was simply a wild Grimer that had wandered in. “I’ve got this boys. Go Charles!”

“Are you sure?” “We can help Violet?”

Not even bothering to look at the boys, Violet reminds them. “You need to make sure our guests don’t run off. I’ve got this. Bone Rush!”

Calling it a battle would imply it was a fight. The Grimer tried to defend itself by using Acid Armor, but another Bone Rush sent the pile of slime running away through a small hole in the wall.

Looking back at the Twins, Violet smiles. “See, didn’t even get slimed this time!”

“This time?” “Slimed?” “What?” “When?”

“MOVING ON!” Violet did not want to mention to her two lovers about the time her underwear had been melted away and she had ended up completely naked in the middle of the city. “I think we found our destination.”

While the door itself wasn’t anything special, it was barricaded, locked, and had signs of recent use. Seeing the door, Lou and his Hitmonlee approached it and in a synchronized attack punched the door down.

The way now clear, everyone stepped into the room and where shocked by what they saw. The room looked like the set up for a mad scientist.

Lights, levers, gears, pistons, Violet had no idea what any of it for or even what it was. The only thing she could make sense of was the a Magnemite floating in the center of the room.

A Magnemite which was floating above a glowing coil which gave off electricity.

Seeing the group enter the room, the Magnemite turned its gaze towards them, the lightning focusing round it, generating a large aura of power that made Violet’s hair stand on end. “Shit!”

Violet has no idea if this will work, but she commands Jem to “Sing!”. Hopefully it will slow the thing down. Ken is next to act and he leaps up at the strange Magnemite alongside his Hitmonlee, his martial arts kick striking at the same time as the Pokemon’s Blaze Kick.

Energy begins to form around the Magnemite into a light screen. A screen which is broken as Lou strikes with his fist and his Hitmonchan attacks with “Mach Punch!”

Violet notices Alex’s Numel try to use Curse, but the ability seems to fizzle out and fail.

But her attention is quickly turned to the Magnemite as it starts to channel all of its power into its eye. For a second the room goes dark as the lights burn out, the only illumination the ball of white light being charged by the Magnemite. Then in a large flash of light it fires, striking Jem directly.

“Jem!” Rushing over and pulling out a Potion, Violet quickly sprays the medicine onto the Pokémon. “Come on girl, you’re fine, you’re fine!” Please be fine…

As Violet sees to Jem Ken & Lou, Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan, leap at the empowered Magnemite again, punching and kicking through its electrified barrier. Energy gathers around the Pokémon but instead of being focused into a single beam, it releases a Discharge of Electricity that fills the entire room in a shock wave, hitting and hurting everyone.

Except Alex’s Numel that is. Who finally seemed to get the Curse boost to work.

With Jem out, the most Violet can do is to pull support. “Use Wish!” But the Twins seem to be doing all right on their own. They manage to continue their barrage of attacks on the empowered electric steel Pokémon.

But it is the Numel who manages to get the final blow with an “Ember.”

Defeated, the strange equipment starts to spark and catch on fire. “Shit!?” “Is it gonna blow?”

Violet isn’t sure, “Lets not wait to find out.” Unsure if it would work, Violet throws a Pokémon Ball at the Magnemite and is pleasantly surprised when the ball works. Grabbing her now filled Pokémon Ball, Violet points to a fire exit. “The exit’s over there!”

Dragging their captives behind them, the Twins and Alex follow Violet out of the building. Just in time to see it go up in a burst of electricity and fire.

“Wow…” “Its actually kind of pretty…” Violet had to agree with the Twins.

“DAMN IT!” Alex didn’t seem to agree. “All of the evidence! Gone!”

“It wasn’t a total loss.” Violet points to the prisoners. “You have three new prisoners to interrogate.

Alex takes a deep calming sigh. “I suppose you’re right. Still, I would have liked to have looked around the place. Who knows what was in there?”

But as Violet looked at the burning building, flanked on either side by her HIMBO boyfriends, she was just glad that nobody was seriously hurt. Although she supposed that she needed to have a talk with them about their overprotective macho-ness. While a part of her liked the attention, it was starting to annoy her.

Later, they could have that conversation later though.

Fuck, I need some inspiration Wait, so where IS the dungeon & Raid? Saffron doesn’t have any nearby caves, in the game the “dungeon” is a tower. Saffron IS supposed to be Tokyo, which is a major industrial center. So, another exploration area to find the dungeon and then the dungeon!

Violet will be accompanied by Ken & Lou, who are NOT going to let their Baby Mama go off by herself, and Alex
