"Y-Yes, Master. I will," she responds nervously. "But I wish you were here."

"I will be. With this power Aris has lent me, not only can I speak to you from here, but I can watch as well."

"... Wait. So before, when you were speaking with me in my chambers, you could see--"

"Gotta go." You stuff the Sending Stone away and ready yourself for a fight like you've never had before. You take a few steps back, leaning against the wall as you look to the three lines of attackers you and your allies will have to face. With a deep breath, you call out your orders. "All right! Vazeela, Vivi, and Okawa, keep working on that elevator! Keep back with them, Mela. Cat, Sen-nu, Taiga, I need you to back Bek up down there. Bulrak and Alice, watch our left. Stax, Shivra, Delphi, keep to the right. Peony, you're with me. We're gonna be watching all fronts. Everyone watch my back for a second! I need to check in on Castle Phoenix. Something's happening back home."

"I'll protect you with my life," Peony says, tugging you in close by your arm.

"Don't do that," you say. "Protect both of our lives."

"So romantic~!" she sings as she rubs her head against you.

With a deep breath, you focus your scrying power back on Castle Phoenix. There are a lot of people to keep tabs on, but it feels as if your home itself is like an entity you can shift your focus onto. Much like how it's so easy to Bunny Hop back when needed, you can easily get a solid point of view of everything from above, and all things considered, it's quite the striking view. You've fallen from above before, but it's something else to be able to perceive the entirety of the mountain fortress from the perspective of a bird.

Sadly, there isn't time to bask in the beauty. An army marches up the mountainside. Not only are they almost at the gates, but some constructs have climbed their way up the dark stone walls into the base already. Those who can't fight are fleeing into their homes, while your armies scatter to deal with the various points of attack.

Screeching demons fly in from the skies. Gremlins leap from rooftops. Constructs either crash through walls or begin forming together into bigger threats. Near the gate is a small army of ogres and bugbears, all led by an armoured hobgoblin in a manner similar to what you see on the streets of Avana, though this one is a woman. She may actually look quite fetching if she wasn't focused on killing everyone, even if she does have protruding tusks and terrifying eyes. She marches her army forwards as she slams her mace against her shield. The combined noise of all the ogres roaring fills the air with a deafening thunder. Boulders are thrown, which begins the shattering of the front gates.

"Dajy!" you call out. "It's me. I need you to take your harem and guard the main line. This is more than I thought you'd have to face, but I know you can do it."

"Naturally I can," she says, already making her way in that direction. She grins wide as she curls her fingers in--long nails more like claws with this demeanour. Even with such deadly intentions, she looks stunningly sexy--perhaps even moreso now. Klava, Raleza, Brizi, and Vodrani move behind her, ready to fight.

Just before one of the rolling spheres can get the jump on poor Dixby who was caught outdoors, its crushed by the heel of Linzeri.

The succubus really takes the time to dig it into the scraps of the creature as she looks down in disgust. "You best get to safety," Linzeri says. "It's about to get dangerous out here."

You lock your attention on Chula, the leader of the harpies. "Quickly. I need you and the other harpies to fly to the sky and take out all the airborne enemies. But if it gets too dangerous, I want you to pull back--"

"As if we'll pull back," Chula replies. She looks to Chini, Chila, and Patricia with a nod. "Come on, girls. Let's tear those demons apart."

Mipa is darting through the streets with incredible speed. As she goes, she's easy for anyone to find, as she continues to screech at the top of her lungs. It may be high-pitched, but it's a bestial battle cry that would surely intimidate if it wasn't for the fact that her opponents have no ears. She cleaves through ball after ball as she cleans the inner area of Castle Phoenix, aided only by Yin, who isn't a combatant at the level of your party, but she's slowly learned to fight enough to defend herself and those she cares about.

When the gate falls, Mistress Dajy is waiting. She and the hobgoblin commander make eye contact, and the two of them grin.

"I'll do this for you, my love," Vodrani says aloud. "My dear Tommy."

Dajy chuckles. "How cute. Well now we'll win for certain."
