Tilly slowly stood up. She couldn't believe she'd just done that. She didn't know how to feel about it yet. She tried to shake it off and walked over to the table to check her phone. Of course notifications from the Taskmaster were waiting for her.

Tilly frowned. That was an odd reward, except she supposed it was to help her weight loss. She had been starving beforehand, but now felt nothing. It would help her lose weight if she just didn't have to eat.

There was a second notification.

Quest Complete - Landlord will not initiate eviction process today. Reward landlord has removed $20 from rent owed as payment for services rendered.

Payment...fuck. Not only had the app made her a whore, but a cheap one too. She sighed and slumped down into a chair. Had she really blown her landlord? It was like the plot to a bad porno.

It turned out to be a great idea. As she walked she realized she was getting closer to the University. Weren't there always studies going on? Lots of those paid, even if it wasn't much...she decided to focus on getting there. Surely she could find some opportunity, right?
