Queen Celestia, Grand Jinn Ruler of the Land of Dreams

Luke and Ruby chatted on the way to Luke's apartment. He told her about his day as he drove.

Ruby smiled at Luke as he finished his summary.

"Shoot, that is crazy. You knocked up 20 women. One of which was Siren Royalty. That must have been painful." Ruby said impressed.

Luke paled at that. Remembering the burning sexual encounter.

"You're not wrong. I wouldn't recommend it." Luke said clutching at his chest.

"That's enough about me. Ruby tell me more about yourself and about magic. How much do you know? Are you a life or **** magic user?" Luke asked.

Ruby went quiet for a moment before answering.

"Luke, I am allowed to share some minor details with my master. Like how Genies don't use soul energy from the act of killing or creating life. But I can't share any more unless you spend your wish. My Queen would punish me if I shared too much. I am sorry." Ruby said looking down.

"Oh, so your queen sets the rules," Luke said musing.

"Of course, my Queen governs my Genie sentence. Queen Celestia is the Grand Jinn Ruler of the Land of Dreams in the Astral Sea. Everyone knows that she is the most pretty and kind of all the Jinn leaders." Ruby said proudly.

"Ruby, who are your parents?" Luke asked curiously as the reverence Ruby showed this Celestia person.

Ruby went quiet for a moment.

"Why do you ask? Why do you want to know about my lineage? " Ruby asked defensively.

"No reason," Luke said with a shrug.

"I was just wondering if you were royalty. You wouldn't be the first princes I met today. And with the day I had, I would believe anything you told me." Luke said smiling.

"I will not say who. But I will tell you that my mother is a Powerful Jinn. And my father was a Great Wizard. But he died." Ruby said looking back into her lap.

"Oh, sorry for asking," Luke said making a note.

"No problem. He was very old when he met my mother. I didn't know him long. Only for 10 years." Ruby said giving a smile.

"So what is the difference between Jinn and Genies," Luke asked smiling back, trying to change the topic.

"You don't know?" Ruby asked.

"You're lucky this is common knowledge. So I will explain." Ruby said putting her hands on her hips.

"First Jinn are Arcane creatures who reside in the Astral Plane. In the ancient past, the war between Sorcerers (life magic-users) and Warlocks (**** magic-users) escalated to include the Jinn. Some Jinn joined the war for money but many were enslaved." Ruby said sadly looking out the window.

"Soon after the first few citizens disappeared, the Jinn Nations began to tighten security. The Jinn Royals decreed to capture all Sorcerers and Warlocks that ventured into their realm. They would kill all who resisted and imprisoned the rest." Ruby said tightening her hands into fists.

"Dam, dark stuff," Luke said surprised.

"War is dark," Ruby said frowning.

The car was quiet for a long moment before Ruby spoke again.

"After the Jinn had captured enough prisoners. They opened communications with the Sorcerer Guilds and Warlock Clans. They brokered a deal to trade all prisoners for all the enslaved Jinn citizens. The one stipulation that the Sorcerers and Warlocks wanted was a chance to use wish magic in the future. The Royals agreed to create magical items called 'Genie Vessels' that would let Jinn visit and interact with mortals. The 'Genie Vessels' would protect the Jinn inside and structure all wish magics to follow very rigid rules. 'Genie Vessels' would spawn all over the Material Planes. In this way, mortals got to enjoy the Astral Wish Spells. So now, Jinn Leaders let their citizens visit the material planes without risk of enslavement. Some Jinn volunteer and use the opportunity to see new places and practice granting mortal wishes. But more often Jinns are punished and stuck in 'Genie Homes' for X number of wishes or years. Many of the first Jinns would become your Genies of Myth." Ruby said watching Luke.

"So which are you a Jinn that asked to see the material planes or were you punished?" Luke asked raising an eyebrow.

"I ... was punished," Ruby said sheepishly.

"Oh, my Ruby is a bad girl," Luke said with a chuckle.

"No, you got it all wrong. I had pure intentions, but my mom just didn't see it that way." Ruby said blushing.

"Okay, bad girl. What caused my trouble maker to get sent to Earth?" Luke said still chuckling.

"I ... I tried setting my mom up on a date," Ruby said in a rush.

"Wait what?" Luke said turning to Ruby.

"She was lonely after Dad died. I thought maybe she needed someone new. So I set her up on a blind date with a sexy Vampire Warlock. She didn't like that. Not one bit. So, now I am punished to fulfill 100 minor wishes before I can go home." Ruby said before bearing her face into her knees.

Luke went quiet for a long moment. He spotted his apartment complex in the distance.

"We're here," Luke said as he turned into the parking structure.

"Ruby, thank you for telling me. But I got to know. How many wish spells do you have left to give before you're free? And what made you think a blind date with a Vampire would be a good idea?" Luke said parking and turning to Ruby.

"He was super hot okay. And he was super famous. I didn't know that My mom hated all Warlocks. She never told me that Alucard's father killed my dad." Ruby said angrily.

"What? Wait a minute. Hold up!" Luke yelled in surprise.

"You set your mom up on a date with Alucard? And Your father was killed by Dracula? Who was your dad? And who is your mom for that matter?" Luke said flabbergasted.

Ruby covered her mouth in shock. She said too much.

"Now Now Ruby, that isn't fair. You came this far. You can't leave me hanging like this." Luke said pleading.

Ruby looked away from Luke's eyes and was about to return to her ring. She felt like running away from the embarrassment. But then her eye caught the sight of Luke's neckless. It was so pretty. Then she turned back to Luke. Her master was so handsome and charming. Maybe she should tell him.

"Okay, I will tell you. My father was The Grand Life Wizard Merlin and my mother is Queen Celestia, Grand Jinn Ruler of the Land of Dreams." Ruby said mesmerized by Luke's charisma.

At that moment the sound of thunder shook Luke's car.

"What was that?" Luke asked raising his hands to his ears.

Luke looked around the empty parking structure. He didn't see anything. They were inside. Lighting couldn't reach them in here.

"Oh, no! I said too much." Ruby said crossing her arms over her head.

"Princess Eversong! Get Out of the Car!" a booming voice spoke from everywhere.

Luke turned to see a Giant Glowing Woman behind his car.

"Fuck, I think I should have just wished for a thicc goth girl," Luke said.
