Put the Collar on the statue?

As you look at the angle and read the inscription the collar comes to mind with its interesting inscription. out of curiosity you wrap the collar around the neck of the angle and click it shut.
After a moment the plaque for the statue has opened revealing a note along with a simple key.
The note reads.

Well done on figuring out the first step to your escape.
this key will open one of the rooms in the house. inside will be another puzzle for you to figure out.
