Pulling my leg?

"Seriously? You're pulling my leg, right?"

Silver Sable shook her head once, "No."

Spider-Man nodded his head. "Uh-huh. I see."

"Is it so... unusual? My proposition?" Silver Sable asked.

Spider-Man snorted and waved her off, trying for nonchalantly casual "Ppssshaww, all the super ladies want a piece of me. You arent the first woman to ask me this question. Spider sperm is a hot commodity for super ladies feeling their biological clock ticking."

"I see...." Silver Sable processed that. "I see. Have you fathered children already? I would be interested in seeing the, ahem, end results."

"Not as yet." Spider-Man sagged. "Thankfully."

"Do you dislike children?" Silver asked.

"No." He pulled up his mask to show his face, he didnt want the mask to cause any misunderstandings. "I like kids. I do want to have kids. Its just... the superhero life is not great for having a family."

Silver inclined her head. "I do understand that. If it matters, I would be stepping back from the field if you participate in my plan."

Spider-Man pursed his lips. "Well, thats good." Cocking an eyebrow he asked, "And how do you forsee this happening, exactly? Scientifically or the old fashioned way?"

Silver considered, a small smile forming. "Both, ideally. We would..." her cheeks pinked, "be intimate but you would also make available several sperm samples. Its best to have, ah, redundancies in case it becomes impossible to schedule a second... breeding."

Peter blushed at her words. She put a lot of emphasis on that last word. Breeding. Hell of a word, breeding. Connotations galore.

"There would be financial incentives, of course." Silver stated. "A large payment for the... the breeding. And smaller payment for the sperm samples."

"Heckuva second career. Spider- gigolo, have dick will travel." Peter laughed. He gave Silver a speculative eyeball, "You gonna start a second career as my super pimp? No, you are a woman... Super Madame? Arranging breedings with wealthy women who want a little itsy bitsy spider time?"

Silver Sable narrowed her eyes, calculating things in her mind. "There is more than likely quite the market for such a thing. The financial aspects of such a venture could be, hmmmm, exceptional. Amazing, really. I.... I would not be opposed to such a business arrangement."

Peter just stared, "what?"

"If my arithmetic is correct I could guarantee earnings that clear at least six figures. Perhaps more depending on how prolific you are. You are above human in strength, speed and other abilities so it would stand to reason that you have a smaller refractory period which could allow for more appointments in a day. Also, how large is your sperm sample size? I belive its measured in milliliters, do you know how many milliliters of sperm you can produce in a day?" Silver had transitioned into to complete business mode.

Peter just stared dumbfounded by that last little bit, "whut?"
