Chapter 4 by Jade-Zelena Jade-Zelena

What's next?

Princess Rosalina

It was a quiet day on the Comet Observatory, the Lumas were playing, the stars were twinkling, and deep inside the only bedroom of the Comet Observatory, Rosalina was stiring.

Rosalina was buried under the purple covers of her bed, her eyes darting around the room.

"Okay... I should be in the clear now." She said softly, takung extra time to look at the door. She had been so pent up lately and with the Lumas constantly around her, she hasn't been able to have some time to herself.

Just as shes about to 'start' someone knocks on her bedroom door.

"God Dammit!" She yells as she gets up, frustrated, before walking towards her bedroom door and pulling it open. However, no one was their, all she could see is a small cardboard box.

"Thats... odd." She muttered before taking the box into her room. She placed the box on her bed before opening it, inside was a light blue notebook with a star pattern along with a dark blue eraseable pen.

"Thats even weirder" She said out loud before taking the notebook out of the box. She flipped to the first page and to her surprise, their was already something written.

The world runs on rules. Schools and companies have their handbooks. Neighborhoods have their homeowners associations. Even countries have their laws. You spend all day following rules. Wouldn't it be nice if you could be the one writing the rules for once? Now you can. This is the Rulebook. Simply put the name of an organization and write your rules. Any rule you can think of will be followed by everyone in that organization.

You can write Old Rules and New Rules. People will treat Old Rules casually, like they've been around forever. The world will even change to accommodate Old Rules as you write them. On the other hand, New Rules only go into effect once you've written them down. People will still follow them, but they may express nervousness, embarrassment, excitement, or other emotions about them.

Rules are permanent unless erased, so make sure you're careful what you write with.

Rosalina's eyes widened after she finished reading the rules of the Notebook as her cheeks flushed as many dirty thoughts flooded her mind.

She quickly grabbed the pen that came with the Notebook.

Comet Observatory

Old Rule: All Lumas turn into a Humanoid state reminiscent of young adult women when they enter a 20 foot radius of the Comet Observatory

Rosalina finished writing the rule and immediately wanted to check to see if it worked, but she also wanted to write more rules.

What should Rosalina do next?
