Chapter 8
by The-Drunken-Bandit
Who do you choose?
Princess Mandie
Though it is certainly a risk to recruit someone like Princess Mandie to your cause, it’s a risk that you’re willing to take as it would be best to have an experienced hand at your side that knows how to conquer worlds.
So, with your mind made up you immediately begin to type in the commands and immediately pull up an image of Princess Mandie sitting in her cell on Yugopotamia and see that the alien princess is once again testing the strength of her prison’s cell bars. As you can see Mandie yank and pull violently at the metal bars that make up her cell and see that the bars do been slightly at her rage, but nowhere enough to be considered progress towards her freedom.
However, her struggle against her prisons metal bars soon ends as after a few commands you immediately see the warrior Princess vanish in a flash of blue light. Immediately you switch surveillance feeds and pull up the surveillance feet of the transmatter room and see that the alien princess has arrived safely, but a little dazed as her attempts to rip apart her sales prison bars has caused her to fall backward during her travel through the teleporter as you can see Princess Mandie laying on the floor with her back at the very wall of the cathode Ray tube that makes up the teleporter.
As princess Mandie stands up and regains her bearings from both her first and rather disorienting, time in the teleporter and the accidental fall she suffered from said teleportation, you take note of her body and her choice of clothing.
Princess Mandie stands at the height of 6 ft 2 from your estimate and has a tight athletic body that has a good deal of definition to her muscles, though not to the point that you could actually see the outline her muscles. Mandie wears an outfit consisting of a white and aqua colored corset, skirt, and knee-high boots. She also has crystal earrings and a crystal headdress, and she wears black lipstick.
You can also see that the Warrior Princess from the stars had Large perky E Cup breasts that fit tightly into her white and aqua colored corset. Going down you could see that Mandie also had a large set of hips and an equally large yet tight looking bubble butt.
These physical attributes combined with her yellow skin, Knee-length purple hair, elf-like ears, razor-sharp teeth, and a pair of curled antenna that rest on top of her head makes the Princess look every bit like the exotic alien warrior from the stars.
However, your examination of princess Mandie’s body soon ends as you can see the Warrior Princess from Boudacian stand on her feet and come to her senses as her emerald green eyes begin to sweep the room in both curiosity and suspicion. Though Mandie entered a defensive stance, you could see that she was rather glad to free from the tower that she was imprisoned in on Yugopotamia, as demonstrated by her rather large and toothy grin.
However, before Mandie could make a break for the door and most likely cause an untold amount of destruction to your ship, you decided at that point to make your presence known to the Boudacian warrior by using the ship’s intercom system.
“Hello? Princess Mandie, you hear me?” You ask Tentatively as your voice reaches out to the ship’s inbuilt intercom system. Immediately Mandie’s grin vanishes, and her eyes narrow slightly at the sound of your voice.
“Who’s there!? Show yourself!” Mandie demanded as her emerald green eyes scanned the room looking for the source of your voice.
“Uh… I’m afraid I can’t exactly do that Princess as I have to pilot the ship until we reach our next destination, but what I can do at the very least is create a route for you to follow up to the command center where I’m at, does that sound good to you?” You ask the alien warrior Princess hesitantly as you can see that she has not dropped her defensive stance and is still looking all over the room for the source of your voice with a scowl.
“That would be a no, and you still haven’t answered the question! Who are you?!” The Princess yells as she once again demands you to identify yourself. At this demand, you grimace to yourself a little bit as you try to come up with the words to explain your… Difficult… Situation concerning your memories.
“Well you see- it’s not exactly easy to- I-! Sigh… Okay, I’m to be serious with you right now Princess, I have absolutely no idea who I am.” You state plainly to Mandie as you can see through the video feeds that one of her brow’s quirks upward at your words.
“Explain,” Mandie states plainly as she has given up on trying to find the source your voice and stares forward with an annoyed flat look on her face. Quickly sigh to yourself as you try to figure out the right words to properly explain the situation that you found yourself into the Warrior Princess from the stars.
“Sigh… Well, that’s a rather loaded question, Princess Mandie, as the issue concerning my memories is also directly tied to why I broke you out of jail and brought you here to my ship. It’s all rather complicated, and it would be easier for me to show you what exactly is going on. So, look I’m going to light up a route towards the command deck, and while you make your way towards me, I’ll do my best to explain.” You tell the Princess as you immediately light up a white line on the wall that leads towards the door of the teleporter room and out into the hall. However, Mandie does not even make a single attempt to walk towards the door as she still stays in her defensive stance.
Though you do notice that she has relaxed her defensive stance a little bit and even looks a bit relieved at your words as you can see the scowl on her face lighten.
“So, you’re the one who freed me from the disgusting Yugopotamian tower? You have my gratitude for freeing me, but I still do not trust you.” Mandie says in a curious yet suspicious tone, and just as you were about the sigh to yourself and start to have doubts about whether or not Mandie would actually consider the offer that you are going to make to her, she cuts you off.
“However…” Mandie trails off as she slowly drops her defensive stance.
“However?” you ask in curiosity as the alien princess stands in the teleporter room with her guard completely dropped as her eyes turn to the side to look at the door and quickly sighs to herself before continuing.
“_Sigh… _However, you have shown no ill intent towards me and are also responsible for freeing me from the clutches of the Yugopotamians, and as such, I am honor bound to at the very least hear you out.” Mandie tells you as she begins to make her way out of the room and into one of the ships many corridors. You sigh slightly and thank the princess for at the very least, hearing what you have to say.
“Sigh… thank you… Now is there anything you want to know while you make your way up here?” You politely ask the princess.
“Yes, actually. When you said that your inability to recall your memories was directly tied to my release from that disgusting tower, what exactly did you mean by that?” Mandie questioned as she made her way down the hall, following the path you laid out for her rather quickly. You wince slightly as you try to put into words the situation your to the princess from space.
“Well… it's hard to explain, first let me ask you a quick question. Are you familiar with multiverse theory?” You quickly ask the princess as she rounds a corner. In response, Mandie gains a curious expression on her face as she recalls the theory in question.
“Slightly. I remember from my tutor’s back on Boudacian that it essentially details that alternate versions of the universe exist and that they can vary wildly in differences.” Mandie tells you as she continues down the hall as she recalls one of the many lessons that she learned from one the many different royal tutors she had back on Boudacian. You nod your head at that description of the theory before you respond.
“Yes, well that theory isn’t a theory anymore for the fact that I’m from the universal control variable of the multiverse.” You tell the princes which shocks her slightly as she pauses in mid-step for a second, before shaking her head and continuing down the hall.
“You must be joking; I’m mean really if alternate universes existed then my people would have tried to conquer them already,” Mandie says in a joking tone as she rounds yet another corner and sees an open round elevator come into view. You shake your head at Mandie’s arrogance, and you sigh slightly as you elaborate further.
“I’m not joking Mandie, and I’m not insane either, and before you try to stop me, I can prove it.” You tell the princess as she enters the open elevator whose doors automatically close behind her. Immediately one of the princesses brows rises in curiosity as she smiles smugly at your claim.
“Oh really? Then prove it to me then.” Mandie asks playfully as the elevator begins to rise to where the command center rests.
“Very well then. Do you want me to describe how you lost to Mark Chang’s pink hatted friend the first time when he tricked you into running off with a human who wore a fake-i-fier?” You ask the princess who immediately loses her smile at the mention of her first loss at the hands of Timmy Turner.
“How did-?” “ Or would you like me to tell you about the time when you tried to blow up the pink-hatted one’s home and how he defeated you by turning the entire city into a puzzle book?” You ask Mandie as her eyes go wide as you cut her off. At her shocked silence you ask a final question to silence her doubts about your knowledge completely.
“Or how about the time when you were defeated by a red headed earth girl? Oh, wait wasn’t that the incident that got you locked up into that tower in the first place?” You ask the princes with false shock and sarcasm. Mandie Sensing your sarcasm and mocking tone grits her teeth and soon demands an answer to how you know all of this.
“How.” At her harshly bitten out question, you once again bring the conversation around full circle and tell her with a happy tone why.
“Because Mandie it’s like I said before, I'm from the control variable of the multiverse. Being the control has its benefits, one such benefit being the ability to look out into the greater multiverse at large.” Your response just further confuses the alien girl as she stands there with an annoyed look on her face with gritted teeth.
“How?!” Mandie demands as the elevator nears the command center. You internally sigh to yourself as what you say next is difficult for anyone to believe. Hell, you're having a hard time believing any of this right now.
“Through fiction, Mandie, through fiction. You see while we may not have the advanced technology, magic, or whatever that exists out in the greater multiverse at large. That does not mean we are not able to peer out into it with our dreams and our thoughts. As many of the worlds that exits out in the multiverse exist in the core, my home, as products of fiction, in fact, your world, in particular, is a cartoon in mine and in several others that exist out in the multiverse. Though that’s not to say your not real, you are real, and everything you have done is real as well. It's just that you’ve had unknown watchers all this time who have seen your interactions with the pink-hatted boy.” You explain to the now sputtering Princess as she tries to come to terms with this new information that you have given her.
“I- you-!” Mandie mutters aloud with wide eyes and raised brow, as she tries to make sense of what you explained to her. As she does this, the elevator has finally reached its destination and as the elevator doors open you cut off your connection to the ship’s intercom system and immediately stand from your command chair.
As the elevator fully opens you immediately hopped off the elevated walkway in which your command chair rests on and land in a crouch before immediately rising back up to your imposing height. As stand tall you can obviously see that Mandie’s eyes have immediately caught on to your spacesuit-clad form. Your outfit does not even phase Mandie as she is seen weirder through her travels and conquests in her home dimension, but your atomic green eyes entrance her slightly as they are seen glowing from underneath the silvery opaque shielding that makes up your helmet.
However, Mandie’s entrance stare into your eyes only lasts for second as she immediately shakes her head side to side before immediately glaring at you with a deep scowl and grit teeth.
“Your lying! You have to be, everything that you’ve told me borders on the fantastical and can be possible!” Mandie screams at you as she clinches her hands into tight fists and immediately walks up to you and grabs hold of the front of your orange spacesuit to yank you down to her eye level. As you face the enraged Princess, you understand that her anger does not stem from hatred towards you, but rather it stems from the fear of you being right.
“Sigh… Mandie, I can understand how you feel, I’m having a hard enough time trying to make sense of this myself. But denial won’t help anybody and if you can’t believe anything that comes out of my mouth then look at this!” You exclaim as you immediately bring up a holographic screen that immediately begins to play a very familiar image in front of the two of you.
“Timmy Turner…!” Exclaimed Mark Chang Began the recording from the episode labeled “King Chang” and as the episode began to play out you could immediately feel and see Mandie’s grip on your suit loosen and then eventually completely let go. As she backs away slightly from you to better witness the entire episode in which she successfully conquered Yugopotamia, but in the end was defeated by the trickery of Timmy Turner and was forcefully locked away into Yugopotamian tower in which you rescued her from.
As the episode began to play onwards, you began to see Mandie’s jaw begin to drop slowly and her eyes widen as her brow began to reach her hairline in shock. As the episode finally finished playing the ending scene in which Wanda’s idiot husband Cosmo shrinks both him and her, along with their child Poof.
“I love it when she talks tiny to me!” The now shrunken Cosmo exclaims before the show fades to black and that credits begin to play. Once the entitle card immediately comes up you immediately closed the holographic image and see man dies standing in front of you with her face riddled with shock and her entire body is slightly limp, and her shoulders are slumped in disbelief.
At the sight of Mandie’s shocked and completely devastated expression, you wordlessly walk over to her and begin to wordlessly guide the shellshocked Princess to one of the two mid-century styled couches that rested in the center of the room. With one hand on her right shoulder, the shellshocked Princess limply follows your direction and takes a seat on one of the couches. As she sits down you immediately walk over to the couch opposite to the one she’s on and take a seat and simply watch the Princess try to process this new reality that she has found herself in.
An awkward silence fills the room as the two of you sit across from each other, you watching Mandie process all of this new information, and Mandie herself is bent over and staring into the ground with her eyes wide and her hands clutching the sides of her head as she tries to come to terms with her new reality.
Though this tense, awkward silence does not last very long as you try to break this tense atmosphere with a concerned question directed towards the alien Princess.
“Mandie… Are you all right?” You ask hesitantly and awkwardly as you try to break this awkward atmosphere that you’ve trapped both yourself and Mandie in. Mandie doesn’t even look up from her bent over position as she still gazes deeply into the floor as she responds quietly.
“I-I, I don’t know…” You hear the Princess mumble out in shock; you could feel that you were slowly losing Princess Mandie as you saw her struggle with coming to terms with this new information and decide it would be best to continue with the explanation of your mission and of your past or lack thereof.
“Mandie… I understand that this is all quite a shock, believe me, I wasn’t much better when I first learned of all this, but you need to hear the rest of what I have to say.” You say gently and tentatively to the alien princess as she slowly lifts her head to look at you. As she does you immediately begin to bring up a holographic image that displays the mothership in all its glory.
“Mandie I can’t remember who I am, because I was forcefully altered and evolved to the best possible version of myself and then some by the ship. A side effect of this evolution was blocking or… Removal of my personal memories and as such I have no idea who I am, hell when I first woke up I didn’t even recognize my own face when I looked into a mirror.” You tell the warrior Princess as your eyes look down at the ground for a second before you bring them back up to look at the alien girl in the eyes. Mandie still has that same shocked expression on herself as she looks as if she staring through you rather than at you.
“At first I questioned myself why would anyone do this to me and who would kidnap me. It wasn’t till later when I have completed searching the ship that I discovered the reason behind it all. You see this ship was preprogrammed by its original creators to find someone from the core that knew everything there was to know about the greater multi-verse at large. The reason why the original alien creators did this was to stop a mistake of theirs that destroyed them in the end.” You trail off as you change the holographic image to show a 3-D rendering of planet fusion and all of its horrific splendor. Mandie’s already shellshocked eyes go wide at the sight of the superweapon as planet fuse was about 10 times the size of Jupiter and was composed of a never-ending hurricane of swirling green ooze that had several planets sticking out of its green abyss.
“That mistake is called planet fusion. It was originally a super weapon that was designed by the now extinct alien race as a way to expand their sphere of influence. However, unfortunately for them, planet fusion grew aware of itself and decided to consume its creators in their entirety.” You continue your explanation as you pull up more holographic images showing the last final moments on the alien homeworld as planet fusion began to slaughter and consumed its entire population. As you play these recordings you can see a glimmer of fear and revulsion within the shocked eyes of Mandie, however this is not the end as you dismiss the holographic images and bring up a final image of the mothership barely escaping planet fusion’s invasion as it rose into the air before ripping a hole in space and time to escape into the multi-verse.
“However, before planet fusion could consume the last of their species, the last remaining survivors commanded the ship to go out to the core and adduct some poor unsuspecting shmuck to help prepare the multi-verse for planet fusion’s invasion. As they did this, they left one final note pleading with the **** Schmuck to use this ship and all of its technology to stop planet fusion. This note detailed at the only way to stop planet fusion was to starve it out at first to weaken it to the point that it would be **** to attack, but the only way to do this is to conquer the cartoon multi-verse and deny planet fusion any possible worlds for her to consume.” You finish your explanation as you dismiss holographic images and stand up to walk over to the shellshocked Princess from Boudacian. As you do so, you can see a slight donning of realization within Princess Mandie’s eyes as she is slowly catching on to the reason why you freed her from her imprisonment on Yugopotamia.
“However, that **** Schmucker was me, and I don’t know the first thing about conquering worlds. However, you do Mandie, you’ve been out in the field, you conquered several worlds before, and you’ve got both the scales and the experience I need right now if I am to save the multi-verse from the walking apocalypse that is planet fusion. So…” You trail off as you now stand in front of the Boudacian Princess and offer a single hand to the Warrior Princess.
“What do you say, Mandie? Will you help me conquer the multi-verse to save it from a literal all-consuming walking apocalypse?” You ask the warrior Princess who stares at your hand with understanding and slight hesitation, but you can plainly see a small smirk beginning to form at the corners of her mouth at the thought of the new possibilities you just offered for her…
So…
Does Mandie take your offer?
