Buy a big house of course

After sleeping a night in my old rickety bed, I stand up and get ready for the day. After checking my lottery ticket again, I go outside and try to get my prize money.

It took a whole day to get my prize money but on Wednesday i have finally my money on my bank account. I have never seen so many numbers on my bank account. What should I do first with this fortune?

My wardrope contains just the minimal to live and now with some money i decide to go shopping first. After a few minutes of driving I park my car in the parking lot and get out. Infront of me is the biggest mall in town.

I go inside and look for some shops i was never inside, because I couldn't effort any stuff. Now however, I am going the first time into one of these big labled shops.

After entering, the saleswoman looked at me a bit condescendingly at first, because of my old clothes. However, when she saw my wallet, which "accidentally" fell out of my pocket and saw my black american express card in it, her eyes lit up briefly and served me very politely from then on.

Now with a few fancy clothes in my bag, I am on my way to the next point of my list. A villa.

Yesterday i made an appointment with a estate agent who wants to show me a nice villa in the area. After parkting my old car nearby, I go to the address he gave me. In front of me is a huge villa, which looks like it goes over 3 floors and a huge garden.

The estate agent is waiting for me at the gate. "You must be Mr. Gardner if I am not mistaken" he shakes my hand and examines me briefly. Thanks to my new clothes, however, I do not particularly stand out. "Is this the first villa you want to buy?" he asks me. "Yes, why do you ask?" "You make such an excited impression. I take it you have just recently come into some money?" I answer in the affirmative, and he laughs briefly. "Well, then I guess I will have to show you a little more than my usual customers, but that shouldn't be a problem. Shall we get started?"

The house tour lasts a few hours and I can't get out of my amazement. The villa has a pool and a tennis court in the garden. In the house there is an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a small cinema and several bedrooms. A large kitchen and a huge living room may not be missing there of course.

After the tour he tells me the price for the villa. "If you wanna wish to buy the villa, it costs about $7 Million." My eyes pop out and I have to swallow, but this is just a small amount of my money. I try to haggle a little, and since his customers usually don't haggle, the estate agent actually agrees and I get the villa for $6.7 Million.

After I sign he says "It was nice doing business with you" and heads off to his car as he has another appointment today. I turn around and go inside my new villa.
