She is Reforged

"This girl will be reforged, she shall become a perfect weapon - a perfect assassin."

You watch as the hunter's body begins to change, but the transformation that occurs is unlike one you've seen before. Her skin changes, toughening and becoming black as the darkest night. Several jagged horns emerge from her head as her hands and feet grow claws, hers are somehow even sharper and larger than yours or your sister's. The manacles and phallus disappear as she rises, more jagged growths emerge from her body, which has become muscular but lithe, as she does that look like blades made of bone. Her hair lengthens greatly and turns pure white, her eyes open to show the same purple glow all those touched by your Mother have.

"I see the truth now, of how foolish I was." Her voice has changed as well, her voice is deeper with a noticeable rasp. "I can't wait to show Mother's love to my 'friends'."

"Well then, why don't you show us the way to these friends of yours?" You say, she smiles a smile of jagged fangs at you.

"I would love to mistress." As she steps down from the altar her appearance shifts but it's different from how you change, rather than an illusion her very flesh seems to change back to her old appearance - even clothes seem to grow from her body. "They're based out of a shipping warehouse downtown, it's a front of course. We should move fast before they become concerned about me not checking in."

"And what do we call you exactly?"

"I don't care for the name Mother burned away, call me what she called me - her Reaper."

You and Allegra follow your newest convert to the warehouse, her old friends have artifacts that allow them to see through your illusions but Mother was sure to give her the ability to change her shape in a way they can't see through.

"So how will we be handling this.?" Allegra asks as the three of you reach the warehouse, standing just out of sight of it. The Reaper's mouth curls into a smile.

"Most of the hunters are rookies, only a few of them are afforded the same benefits I was. I will enter and deal with the leaders, once they are dead or subdued I will signal you. Once you feel my signal you will move in and do what you will with the lesser hunters, I don't know how much use they will be to Mother however." You all nod in agreement and watch as your Mother's assassin enters the building, now all you can do is trust in her plan.
