Of Course it Does

After some time you and Allegra enter the building. Your new convert has taken to her work with an almost startling efficiency with numerous of the would-be demon hunters dead on the floor. There's a sizable group to the side that appear to be tending to those that are still alive that react with shock when you enter.

You hear yelling from a room at the end of a long hallway, you enter it and find two men and woman tied together on the floor while your assassin struts around them with a smirk.

"We'll never submit to you monsters!" The woman spits at you as you enter. One of her comrades seems equally defiant but the other seems less confident. "We were only the first, you only delay the inevitable!"

"I'm afraid she's right on one account, they're quite well connected. We will likely have to deal with further resistance in the future Mistress." The Reaper runs her claws across the woman's face as she talks, drawing a slight scratch on her cheek.

"Well it's a good thing we're branching out then! Not to mention all our new recruits will need places to stay..." The three look at you in confusion as you talk. "Oh I'm sorry, do you need to see for yourselves?"

You and the Reaper lead the trio back into the room you entered from, the sight appalls the hunters while painting a smirk on your face.
