No matter what, Makoto knew she couldn't go back to class and be able to focus with these documents missing. It would be better for everyone involved if she took care of the issue here and now.

"You go ahead and get back to class. Take a few deep breaths, relax, and trust me to handle this." Makoto told the shaken student. "It's what I got elected for, after all."

The boy gave a nervous nod and hurried out of the room. The quiet gave Makoto a moment to plan her next move.

"I can check the hallways on the way to and from the other possible spots." she told herself as she planned. "The classrooms would have teachers that would be responsible for any lost documents found there, assuming the person that finds any brings them to their attention. That leaves the big problems being... the bathroom and locker room..."

Even with her authority as Student Council President, and the likelihood of said places being empty during class hours, the idea of going into either of those places made Makoto uneasy. They were the boys bathroom and locker rooms, after all. Imagine the scandal if she were spotted there! Even with her justification it would be an absolute mess!

"No. I can't think about that. I have a job to do. A responsibility." Makoto reassured herself. "I've done way scarier these last few months. I can handle stepping into a taboo room for a few minutes."

The question was where to go first.
