A whole new you!

The light faded and Johnny swooned as the sensations left. Falling to his knees, he looked up at the smirking Sue. "What did you do?" He croaked.
"Just made a few changes so you will fulfill your future duties better." Sue replied and she nodded her head to some servents who hustled over a tall, covered object. "Take a look at your new face, Johnny, or should I say, Joan."
The cloth was whipped off and Johnny found himself looking into a mirror, but instead of a young, blond man, there was a young blond woman staring back!
Gone was the broad shoulders, cropped hair, and well muscled form. The person before Johnny was a woman around the same age as he was. Long blond hair reached down her back, and while her body was well-toned, had none of the muscle that used to make up his body. Perky c-cup breasts stood up without a trace of sag, and wisps of blond hair nestled between wide hips. Johnny had been completley transformed!
