Monkey House.

Lauren saw the sign next to a large building: Monkey House.

Looking around, Lauren carefully and quietly climbed out of the crate she was in. Once she was out, she looked down at herself to see herself covered in brownish-red hair. She looked at the crate again and saw that there was a label on it: Yak Hair.

Lauren tried to say something aloud, but when she opened her mouth, she found that she still had the few random hairs stuck to the inside. She began to spit and sputter again, but stopped. What was she doing?! She could get the hair out of her mouth later! Right now, she needed to find her way to the entrance and get some help from the administration office.

Lauren turned to run for the bushes, only to trip on a rock. Lauren silently cursed as she heard a set of footsteps coming her way. Wasting no time, Lauren began to crawl the rest of the way to the bushes, just making it as the keeper returned.

What Lauren didn’t realize was that the keeper had just caught a glimpse of her crawling into the bushes. The keeper slowly went back into the building she had just came out of.

In the bushes, Lauren began to feel a slight panic. She was almost caught! She had to be more careful! Lauren looked around again to see if there was a way to wash this hair off before she got to the administration office.

Looking ahead there was an exhibit with a large water feature that no one seemed to be showing any interest in. Lauren was unable to read the exhibit sign, but she knew that it had to be some kind of aquatic animal. She could use the water in there to wash off before going back to her quest.

To her left, Lauren saw the splash fountains that kids could play in. She could easily just use that instead. The only problem was that the fountains were occupied by a group of children and their parents. There was also a restroom nearby, but she would have to get past the kids in order to get to it.

Lauren thought about this for a bit before making her decision.
