Ungh!

The monster swings down its scythe, and as you raise your shield arm to block the impact, you're not strong enough to push it away or deflect it. The shield still takes the sharp edge for you, but the **** applied to it by the strike bangs the top rim of your shield forcefully against your chin. You're a little bit dazed by the impact but you're able to shake it off just in time to see that the creature's already going in for another hit.

This thing is really rapid! And way stronger than you'd guess by looking at how lean it is. {if MagnetShield == True}Even if the chitin scythes were metal instead, you're not sure how much the electromagnet you put on your shield would help out in this situation.
