"I suppose I would be." You find yourself saying. Agreeing with him.

"How about you roll with me then? I could get you a bite to eat, get to know you."

"I..." You think back to your close call a couple of minutes ago. And about the pill and its effects.

You should be avoiding men, not hanging out with them. But you really did want to get to know him better. And he did seem nice, wanting to help you out. You could also just find another avenue.

A part of you instantly wants to hang out with this man, get to know him. Throw caution to the wind, and ditch the girls, the party, the whole plan, and just follow this man into the night.

A part of you wants to leave, this is getting to be too much. Maybe call your parents? Sibling? Friend? Anyone, to help you out? Explain later.

You think for a moment and then make your choice.

*Borborygmus* You grab your stomach out of embarrassment. The thought of eating food right now, was wonderful. You didn't realize how starving you were. G'sky gave a warm laugh at the sound of your stomach growling.

"Food it is?" He asked again warmly.

You reflect his gorgeous smile and nod. "I'm actually starving, and since I have no clue where my friend is, I wouldn't mind getting a lift and spending time with you."

For some reason, you hung on the word you as you looked at him. As much as he seemed interested, you couldn't help but feel that you were even more enchanted with him, then he was with you.

He smiled at me and nodded his head. "Alright. Alright. Blake, follow me this way. We will have to walk just a bit."

You give him a look. "Walk? I thought you said-"

"I know, but my car is parked at my place, just next door."

"Oh, you live there?" I asked pointing at the apartment complex next door to the gas station.

"Yup, my car is the blue one." He said as he pointed to an old sports car. There were scrapes and scratches and one wheel was a different color. We both started walking towards it, across the parking lot, and towards the sidewalk.

"So, you go to college near here?" G'sky asked casually.

"I will be this fall."

"Oh. How old are you?"

"19 in two weeks." My birthday was right at graduation, and I was going to have a killer graduation party.

"So are two years younger than me." He said as he looked over at you warmly.

"Do you go to University?" I asked casually.

"Only to see a couple of the girls I know, and I used to go see my last girl." G'sky said as he looked downwards, his face frowned. It made my heart sink to see him, sad.

"I'm sorry, was it a recent break-up?"

G'sly shook his head. "Nah, it was a long time coming. In the past. Let's talk about you."

"Me?"

"Yeah.."

"What do you want to know?"

"Do you know why your friend ditch you?"

"I'm not sure. Alicia isn't usually the type but.."

"Did you do something crazy to piss her off?"

"I don't think so."

"Well, she wouldn't ditch you for nothing if she was your friend."

"Yeah. I just don't know."

We arrived in his car and he unlocked the seas.

"Let me get the door for you."

"Thank you." You say as he opens the door for you and you settle in.

"No problem honey." He said with a wink as he shut the door gently.

He jumped into his driver seat and turned the key, after a quick kickback, the car roared to life with a great *RrooooRRRMMmm*

"So, tell me the whole story of what happened today."He said as he smiled at me as he drove along.
