When Mama Luv had her back turned to throw the brass knuckles out of the ring Alex took his chance and ran into the ropes to get momentum and delivered a monster flying dropkick to her back knocking her flat onto her face outside of the ring, luckily her massive tits cushioned her fall so she wasn't knocked out but it did phase her for the moment.
