Get better weapon and supplies

Would an axe be a great weapon? You remembered that the zombie sites praised it as the ultimate zombie killing tool(that and the crowbar, but you know how hard that is with the weird angle tip). But then again , there was divided opinions on that.

Although considering how Marcy is good at killing those zombies with her trusty hatchet, maybe there is some truth to that.

Well, it's better than the crowbar at the least. Speaking off.... You turn your head as you scour the area.

Is there any lighter or slightly smaller version around here?

As you were searching, your eyes wander on a very odd hand tool that's different from the rest. It has a slightly longer handle and is embedded with a rectangular hook blade.

"A Sling blade?" You thought as you read the label. Grabbing the unfamiliar tool by the handle and give it a light tap.

*tap*

"Hmm," It's sturdy like most algiculture tools. The hook might help with grabbing zombies it hacks their rotten flesh. And it's double-edge too.

Still though, can't know for sure if it's good without some testing.

"There's a zombie at the back," Marcy's voice suddenly enters your ear as your mouth let out a small grin.

Perfect timing,

"I'm coming!" I called out loud enough for her to hear, but not so much that it would attract zombies outside. "Wanna test some weapons here, so leave a few for me."

"Sure thing, boss!" Marcy replied as you could hear a sound of metal striking flesh.

You head to where the back room is. A few zombies were trying to swarm Marcy as she was taking down a few of her buddies.

Having the oppurtunity to test this weapon out, you swing the blade downwards towards the zombie head. It splits in half cleanly thanks to the weight..

This thing cut's down the head and into the brain, the long handle help with the leverage. You also use the back edge and swing it to the right, slicing the head of another.

"Nice," Marcy grins while giving a thumbs up.

Well, now you have your favorite weapon.
