Ann had always enjoyed her modeling work. The thrill of being the center of attention, getting to show off flashy and fashionable outfits, and seeing herself pop up in the occasional advertisement were all absolutely delightful to the young beauty. The extra spending money the work earned her wasn't anything to laugh at either, especially when it meant she could treat herself to more sweets!

"Alright Ann-chan, that's everything we'll need for that set. Go ahead and take a break while we set things up for the next shoot." the photographer said as he straightened his back and set his camera down.

"Alright!" Ann said with a cheerful wave. These longer modeling days could really drain a person and would probably be insufferable if the agency didn't provide catering and basic amenities for everyone involved. Ann made a beeline for the table lined with light snacks to sate herself when one of the lighting crew approached her.

"Hey, you did great out there, Takamaki-san." the young man said. "You've got a real knack for this sort of thing!"

"Thanks!" Ann said, smiling. "I've had some extra help and motivation from some friends of mine, but it's nice to hear people are noticing!"

"Heh, yeah. I just didn't expect you to agree to a shoot like this." the man said.

Ann raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean? It's a normal shoot like any other, isn't it? The paper I signed looked normal enough."

The young man shrugged. "Well, yeah. It's normal enough, I guess. I just didn't think you'd-"
