The idea lights a fire in you. Just a day before, if someone had asked if you’d wanted to Cast a spell, you would have laughed. Not in their faces, but quietly and to yourself after you politely declined. But now, now that you know so much more about witchcraft, now that you have all the materials, it feels like it would be a waste if you didn’t Cast a spell.

The only question is, what kind to try? You don’t even question how you have a catalogue of all the possible spells you could attempt with these materials in your head, you just start perusing them. Hmm...Wrath spells are nice, but you don’t have anyone you particularly dislike, so those are out. Spells of Lust would work if you had an object for your affections, but you don’t. But there are Wealth Spells, and those sound good. After all, how could you not want a little more money?

The ritual for the spell is easy. Some candles, a chalk-drawn magic circle, and the right reagents are all that are required. You say the magic words, burning a one-dollar bill and a tree root together in a bowl...and that’s it. For a second, you feel disappointed. Did it not work?

But then your phone rumbles from nearby, and you quickly grab it and see what it has to tell you. Namely, that your bank account has just had a deposit into it from an unknown source. A deposit of several thousand dollars. You start laughing reading it. It worked! It really worked!

Then you take a calming breath and remember to go back to your app and let it know you Cast a spell. Immediately a pop-up appears with your stat changes.
